Our server Catherin saved our morning. Without knowledge of how rough of a morning we were having as well as the restaurant being busier than a bee hive, Cathy showed us the caring and customer service that I have been wanting more businesses to have in the past 10 years. Outstanding is how I would describe the experience. An upset 4 year old, who in a restaurant that crowded would certainly be experiencing sensory overload, and her father stressed to his wits end. Our server immediately recognized signs that something might not be right, jumped in and on the level that Ive been trying to do for 4 years got out of my daughter exactly what she wanted for breakfast, what she could have fun with and most important, what she would finish. Communicated that with the kitchen staff and brought us out the best breakfast Ive had in weeks. She never let us feel forgotten checking back regularly and making sure we both left with smiles on our faces. it cant be easy to hear some of the stories that come through the doors of a family restaurant just down the street from a hospital, but I am certainly grateful for Catherin doing the awesome job that she did! You did great and are appreciated!

My family and I were traveling through Olympia and we stopped at this paticular IHOP because we have always eaten at IHOPs in the past and had a really good experience. Since we dont have an IHOP where we live we like to eat at them when we go out of town. This IHOP was soooooo......disgusting. I had the philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was the most horrid sandwich I ever ate, I could tell it had been microwaved, it was sick. The meat was so dry and rubbery, I couldnt even eat it. The service was ok but not great. I had been waiting and the lady actually came over and took the people that came in after us and seated them first. My husband had the rookie and he said that his tasted rubbery also and he could barely eat it and he eats anything, thats pretty bad. I just want people to know that this IHOP is not recommended and I hope they plan on changing their cooks or their style of cooking, whatever might be going on in that kitchen, it needs to change, ick!!!! This experience has ruined us from wanting to eat at IHOP ever again.

Waitress was great and the staff all are professionally presentable. We got there just after a rush and the guys cleaning tables were doing a great job. They slid in and clean tables and chairs and impressed me on how they were taking care of the place. The new interior looks nice and made it look fresher and clean however the noise level has increased too much. It was hard to carry a conversation with family across the table. It made you want to hurry up. The food was good for corporate food. Be careful the eggs usually have pancake mix in them and you have to ask for them without on omelettes and scrambled eggs. They do cater to requests and the attentive staff really do make the experience. This one is managed well.

Was horrible. our server was Jennifer at first everything was fine, we got there sat down right away and ordered our food. We waited then a half hour goes by we watched 4 table get sat after us get there food before us and 2 of the tables left before we even got our food. So then the server comes up with a plate of food asked us if this is what we got only to remember its not and the food went to a completely different section. Then she continues to come over again to our table and tell us our food will be up at any second. At this point another 15 minutes go by she walked by us about 8 times before bringing us our food and when she did it was still wrong. Needless to say I will not be eating there again.

Promptly greater with warm smiles. Waiter was plesent. Food was on point! Extra crispy hasbrown, perfectly poached eggs, fluffy pancakes. Everything tasted great, place was clean, friendly and warm. We are die hard fans of IHOP and this might be the best experience yet. Came back today and its completely different, my frenchtoast was just toast no eggs, very unpersonal staff, they all seamed upset or with their minds elsewhere. Changed rating down from 5 stars. We will go back to the one in West side oly with our favorite Nelson

Terrible customer service. After one hostess said she took my call and didnt know why my order wasnt put in, the other hostess said it probably was not done because I called the wrong store. I rechecked the number, and the listing online is correct. No apology, no offer to comp my order. Just blame me! Honestly, Im pregnant and hungry and just want the food I ordered minus the bs from a kid at the counter that apparently never learned to take responsibility for a mistake. Teach your employees how to properly treat a customer!!

Its an IHOP. Theyre pretty much all the same. We went during their busy hour on a Sunday morning/afternoon for brunch. The was a very long line but we only waited for 10 mins. Service was average but they were swamped. The tables are a bit too small for the size of their plates. And when there is a screaming child inside the restaurant, you will hear it wherever you sit. However, the food and service is consistent. Its all very IHOP-like.

VERY Kind and friendly staff, dressed in clean and pressed uniforms. The restaurant was extremely clean and the bathroom was fairly clean. Unfortunately the food my wife and I ordered was incorrect. They did make it right for us after we notified our waitress. The restaurant is extremely noisy on Sundays so be prepared to compete for conversation with the person sitting next to you. All in all I would definitely return to this IHOP.

They must have had off days in the other reviews. My family and I are new to the area and we like going to this IHOP. The staff is attentive and the owner takes pride in his restuarant. Weve been there several times in the past few weeks and each time theyve done a good job. Even when theyre busy, they do a good job at service. Matt especially. We never had an empty glass or had any long waits for anything.

My son and I went for pancakes at around 2pm on thursday the 30th of March. We were served by a very kind young lady who showed such wonderful guest service. It was his first time to an Ihop and it had been years for me. She made the experience so wonderful and never showed a sign of frustration when we asked her for multiple things even though she had at least 6 or 7 tables just to herself.

Its senior night at our favorite family restaurant. Really, this IHOPs best restaurant as far as my wife and I are concerned. Food, service, and attention to detail are fantastic. Not all IHOPs offer senior night and we appreciate the corporation being able to offer this Monday and Wednesday nights at this location. Looking forward to my Colorado omelet tonight! :)

I at first thought that this place was great. Payed for my meal. 2 days latter I look at my account balance only to realize that an extra $6 was charged to my card. I wasnt able to leave a tip that day, this was a once in a blue moon splurge and I could just afford the meal. This charge shouldnt have been there. The waitress stole "her" tip. I will never go back.
