I have been looking for a healthy and tasty bread for a long time, tried different types of bread from Health food stores, consumed for some time and after a while you do not want to eat it anymore. I found Grindstone Bakery, I love this place! I do not need a cookie or a cake, I can eat sprouted spelt bread with anything! I hope that this place will stay for ever, because it is so hard to find healthy and tasty bread. We live in LA, and some bakeries do not ship anywhere, so this place is a blessing!

The gluten free bread was my savior. I take it wherever I travel. My last excursion was to Fiji with Grindstone Bread in my carry on luggage. I hope it will be available for my life time.
