terrible deli.. they have gotten my sandwiches wrong so many times i wont ever order one again. the eureka store is very vegan unfriendly.. no tofu selections. they use hoisen sauce with artificial colors in some of their dishes. their produce usually looks terrible. even the farmers (i worked for one) complain about how they let their stuff sit in back too long before it ever gets put out.. terrible job at managing their produce. i do almost all my shopping at eureka natural foods now since their prices are lower and their produce is much fresher and better. sad because ive shopped at these stores since 1999, used to love the co-op esp the arcata one which is still much better than the eureka store. but ever since they expanded, trying to be a whole foods and focusing on profit and on paying out dividends to their shareholders, they have steadily degraded.. worse products at higher prices. i think they will continue to spiral downwards, losing customers as they go.

Love the Co-op. I moved back to the SF Bay, and Im STILL a member. I only visit every other month or so, but I love this place. Its way better than the Arcata one -- its bigger so there is a better selection, the staff is always polite and nice, no attitude from college age judgmental hipsters, and its conveniently next to downtown.

A beautiful member owned grocery store with a great selection of natural goods. They have a great deli as well as an amazing soup and salad bar. All of the employees Ive had the pleasure of interacting with have been delightful and very friendly. Overall I would highly recommend it as a wonderful place to shop.

Great selection of organic foods, eco-friendly products, and local options. Their deli is great for quick, handmade options as well as many different options of local coffees ready for pour-and-go. Check the Mermaid Sushi counter for tasty hand-rolled sushi.

Great place!! Frequent shopper.. Great selections for vegan vegetarian and gluten free. Deli is amazing and the smoothies are a must have!! Berry bliss is my favorite!! Salad bar is usually ok and soups are pretty good!! Very friendly staff, love it here!!

Good deli. Good selection of food. Good local, and organic selection. Pricey, but keep an eye out for co-op specials tags which manage to be affordable and good. If you are passing through on 101 this is a good pit stop for lunch and what not.

Great hot lunch & soup options. Nice location. Parking can be a challenge during lunch hour. Nice salad bar, but could use a better selection of salad dressings. Usually only offer ranch and balsamic vinegar *sigh*.

The co-op is nice. I feel like they push the anti-science anti-GMO message and instead of providing information they just try to sell more of their products by fear mongering. That makes me not want to shop there.
