Their savory scone is absolutely amazing. I also liked that they had an option (oat bran muffin) that was only sweetened with dates. If you want a fancy coffee go across the street to Tobys but if you want yummy breakfast goodies and organic drip coffee go to Bovine. It was also nice that they had the option to pay with credit card. Edit: been here twice now, and both times great experience. Got the pumpkin scone this time around and t was mouth watering good.

Delicious pastries, coffee, and hot tea. Try the blueberry buttermilk scone or the orange chocolate chip scone! Note that there are 3-4 seats at a bar in the window inside and a bench or two outside, but no tables. Also, if youre one of those people who drinks things like latte or espresso, you will be out of luck here -- just good tea and good regular and decaf coffee. It was tempting to just sit here all day and keep eating!

Stopped in for breakfast while passing through Point Reyes on a PCH vacation and what a gem! Their scones variety is the best Ive seen. I got a bear claw which was buttery and mouthwatering. My husband got a fruit pastry that he raved about. The coffee is really good too. The counter lady was very nice. I would eat here every day if I was could, unfortunately its a little far from where I live in Las Vegas.

Stopped in this little town because we were hungry. I had the bread pudding which only $6.50 and my wife had a small 6" sourdough bread. The total was $15. Ive never paid $9.50 for such a small bread that only cost $0.50 to make at most. Dont like leaving bad reviews but this place overcharged us. Didnt want to make a scene seeing as the place was packed. Will never eat here again.

During the nine years I lived in SF I had never been here, but after deciding to spend a month in Bolinas found this place while walking around Pt. Reyes Station. Awesome pastries, desserts, and sweets! The pear-raspberry pie and banana-chocolate buttercream cupcakes were particular standouts. I’ll definitely be back to sample more of their delicious offerings.

This place was the biggest waste of a drive and money. The clerk was snotty and seemed like she would rather be any place else. The raspberry scone and cinnamon role were flavorless, dry and terrible. The quiche was tiny and even though she offered to warm it up, it took forever and was barely warm with cold spots. This was a huge disappointment!!

We walked in and the air smelled sweet, the people were friendly, the facility was clean, and they had a well-placed display case full of freshly baked, tasty treats. We had heard great things about the bearclaw but decided to go with the raspberry almond marzipan tart. Delicious. If youre in Point Reyes, I highly suggest stopping.

We cant stay away from here. The prices are good, the coffee is really strong (read the sign), and the morning buns and scones are very delicious. I suggest anything with blueberry. If you like super spiced chai, this is the place to get it. NOTE: THEY DO NOT HAVE ESPRESSO DRINKS, i.e. LATTES. They have several signs noting this.

Big fan of this local chain. Top quality baked goods right there and Charming 4 days ambiance. Its all there the distressed wooden floors, the impossibly beautiful pastries and cakes with Organic pedigrees. The coffee is outstanding there is nothing wrong with this place. You will not be disappointed if you like a good Bakery.

A little gem that is a must go if you find yourself out here. Be prepared to wait for a savory treat that needs to be heated up, but its worth it. My favorite are the layered/filled scones. Pro tip: ask for your (typically savory) pastries to be left in the oven for longer than usual so the fillings are warm throughout.

My favorite bakery in West Marin. Their muffins are fresh and often still warm from the oven. And they always bake them with seasonal fruit, locally sourced when possible. I like going their for the "daily muffin" and a cup of their fresh brewed coffee. Their vegan soups and pizza are also very tasty.

One of a kind! No funny coffees here, just the drip, mam, and a strong hearty drip it is. So many baked goods, so little time. Hint: go for the chocolate-chocolate-cherry cookies, theyre apocalyptically good.

Came here during a recent outing to Sonoma/Napa for breakfast and it was deeeelicious. The folks that work here are friendly, and the fresh breads are great. Highly recommend this place for a quick breakfast.

Oh wow, this is an incredible bakery nestled in Point Reyes. Youll find this place at the end of a quaint little strip of local businesses. The perfect stop-over before venturing out to the lighthouse.

Always make it a point to stop by Bovine on a long cycling ride. The owner and staff are very welcoming to cyclists and even allow bottle fills. Cant beat a muffin and coffee to recharge your legs.

The perfect little place to pop into first thing in the morning. The muffins here are gigantic and taste great. Also, the bear claw! Yum. Friendly staff and patrons.

This place is so good, Im tempted to give it a bad review so it doesnt get too popular. I got the Cherry Chocolate cookie. My only complaint is that I didnt get two.

The best pastries to take with you on a rainy windy hike through the wilds of Point Reyes, and I appreciate their "we serve coffee, not espresso" attitude.

The morning buns are the best Ive ever had. This place is a must stop for anyone passing through Point Reyes Station, especially if youre on a bicycle!

We got a peanut butter cookie (so-so, but it at least had the fork stamping in it) and a jelly pastry (really good). Id skip the cookie next time.

This bakery has a great selection of pastries and some bread, coffee, and food. The bear claw and morning bun are both excellent!

Croissant is dry. It was only $2 though. They only have two types of bread: wheat and sourdough. Service was a bit slow.

Amazing. Fresh baked goodies but only after waiting in a line that goes out the door on weekends. Worth it though.

The morning buns are heavenly. Call ahead and reserve some to make sure they dont run out before you arrive.

Hands-down, the best bakery around. Get a croissant. No espresso, here, just drip (and maybe some chai)!
