I havent been to a Pollo Loco in awhile and the last time was a lackluster experience. I happened to find myself right by one at 10:30 on a Friday night. With my stomach growling, eating options for the day diminishing quickly & an open Loco right next to me, I decided to cruise the drive-thru. Greeted promptly by a friendly voice, ordering was quick and easy. At the window, greeted by a friendly face to match the voice, asked if I wanted any salsa, I asked for both hot & mild. 15 seconds later, I was handed my food, a generous amount & variety of salsa & lots of napkins. Crunchy taco was delicious, biting into it I know I had a look of genuine surprise. Way better than the Bell. And the limited time Chicken Nacho Quesadilla was very good as well, a sizeable food item. Both items had fresh, cold lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and grilled, lean, well seasoned chicken. No weird grizzlely bites. Seriously, for a just fast food meal, the food & service was superior. It definitely wont be a long while until my next visit to El Pollo Loco!

Hoy pase a comer y el pollo frio , la porcion de maiz lo dan en el plato y por que no lo sirven el vaso que hagarra mas , estoy comiendo y uno se pone a barrer senti el polvo que levantaba con la escoba la verdad que no me gusto nada .

We got here at brunch time and the guy who took my order is a manager and was such a disrespectful and a white racist.. I got to yhe line but he wa just standing there he didnt smile or say anything to take my order I had to stand there and ask him myself, he wasnt even friendly and say thank, it felt more like a bother. After we got our food the girl was nice enough, but the food was dry and cold. I guess I have to go to Rohnert Park to have a better experience.

When I walked in I could smell the chicken being grilled and it made my mouth water. The cashier was great and took my order perfectly. Once I got my food it was wrapped in aluminum and reminded me of Mexico when Id get freshly made food. My first bite was amazing. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy with a nice Chewy texture. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves chicken or authentic Mexican cuisine.

They didnt get my order right. The onions were going sour at the salsa bar. We really like this place but if the service doesnt improve I will be forced to stop coming here. Please try to get it to gather. I believe in this company. I will try it again and hope for improvement.

I am a greatful person when it comes to food but this place was kinda rude then my husbands food was ice cold they gave me a salad that had mac n chesse in it this place was very slow also.... Bathroom was clean and tiddy

I ordered the chipotle avocado chicken burrito. It tasted good. The service was fast and friendly. Im glad they tore down Burger King and put El Pollo Loco in its place. Seems like a healthier option.

This was the first El Pollo Loco that Ive eaten at and the food was pretty good. I enjoyed their rice and appreciated that they give you complementary tortillas and salsa with the meal.

The Macaroni and chese is good and chipotle is a knockoff of El Pollo Loco, but my burrito had hairs amd a peice of glass in my urrito and i needed surggery in my mouth.
