I suppose because its relatively cheap is why I keep coming here. Other than that, all these bad reviews are spot on. VERY slow service, i just came from there and of course as per usual it took them a half hour just to get half of our order, then when the rest came, they got it wrong so we waited longer still. This seems to be common here; botched orders, soda machine is always either broken or the syrup mixture is UNDRINKABLE. I honestly cant come up with anything positive about THIS LOCATION. Lets make that clear; I love Popeyes when I have it at other locations, this particular one is terrible. Corporate needs to rethink their hiring practices in the RP location... obviously hiring a bunch of stoned kids and just generally slow People isnt working. You couldnt possibly have a worse turnover rate, so experiment. Maybe a higher wage and just a TINY bit more of a skill set will improve the quality of trainees youre getting. I dont know, but I do know that Rohnert Park Popeyes sucks. Something should be done.

1st visit and not impressed with the speed of service or quality of service. Sat stuck in the drive thru for 10 minutes before we even got to the order board - it was obvious that it was the service, not those in front of us because everyone had the same exasperated look on their faces as they waited to be helped. Then, when we finally get to the order board, a girl asks us to wait, and then a guy faintly asked that we pull up to the window. We were confused, since everyone else ordered at the board. Once we get to the window, a young kid who was quite clearly stoned off his ass then attempts to take our order. He took forever to take just ONE meal, so then, after finding out they only had spicy tenders, we left. Will not be back.

I make sure I dont come here if Im in a hurry to be somewhere. I like to sit near the corner where I have a full view of the counter because watching people get pissed off at there late, incorrect, and, late and incorrect orders and how the inept staff try to deal with it is entertaining to me. I still come here because I love fried chicken and Popeye does it better than the Colonel. Churchs puts them both to shame though, but we dont have a Churchs here. When will Sonoma County be worthy of having a Churchs again? I want some fried okra with my chicken dammit!

The food as always is great. I have been coming here since it opened based solely on that. The staff has always been slow and can never seem to get an order correct. Dont ever think that the drive thru will ever be faster. My daughter just asked me to come here. We got here at 12:15 and didnt get food until 12:45, plus two parts of the order were incorrect and had to be resolved. Once again, food is great, but since it always seems that the staff is changing, maybe it is time for a management change. Dont come here thinking it is gong to be Louisiana Fast.

I keep on coming here one ever half year or so then get reminded on why I told myself I wouldnt come back the last time. The food is ok but the service is bottom of the barrel. Everyone moves like molasses and have sense of dread on theur faces from working there. They arent rude but not friendly either. That could be forgiven if the service werent soooo slow. Not coming back... well til I forget 6 months later

Took half an hour for the food when it was very slow. The older lady at the register was really slow and not friendly. Theyve been "out of shrimp" the few times Ive been to this place over the course of several months. Plus when I got home I found the chicken still undercooked. Place stinks like sewage and B.O. too.

Ive been a number of times. Why do I continue returning? No more. THREE times I ordered MILD, not SPICY, and got spicy. I couldnt eat it. The side portions are very small. They doubled an order of mine. Very incompetent employees. I wont be returning again.

Food is good but inside area stinks smells just like sewer water. Emits from bathroom area and ordor goes right out into dinning area. Been like this as long as I can recall. Health dept needs to inspect the site.

I Love Popeyes but this experience is horrible. My food was cold. Everything was cold but the mashed potatoes. I just got off work and i expect a quick take out for my family but nope. Not even a famn recipt.

Great quick fried chicken. Surprised at how much the flavor has improved. It had been a while since I had it in Southern California. I went to the Rohnert Park location this time. Staff is very pleasant too

I wasnt too happy with the food. I ordered 9 piece nuggets and it took 46 minutes for my food the come. The chicken was fine but the fries were not fresh and greasy. I would not recommend coming here

Ive never eaten inside, its a normal fast food interior, but I love their spicy crispy chicken.Mmmm. Getting a bit pricy especially when you get a 3 pc lunch with smaller pieces a wing, leg and thigh

They messed up our order not once or twice but THREE times. Then I asked for a free fry and they barely handed over a fry. Oh and their custoner service is sooooooo bad. How are they still open??

Customer service is horrible especially from the manager who should be setting a good example. And my food was stale like it was left from the night before. This place is terrible.

The inside is really nice and decorative for a Popeyes. Lots of seating. The staff is almost always really cool. Seems like the owners are trying really hard to make it nice.
