The food taste good and the place is clean . Now as far as customer service is horrible . Im a disabled adult , take allot of medication . When I went in the lady was acting like she didnt want to be there . I forget things quickly and had asked a 2nd time what the total was and the cashier responded rude and loud with tone because I was takeing long she looked impatient,I was going as fast as I could getting them cash and some change I had, as I was paying cash . As soon as she was done takeing my order she (the cashier ) started talking with other coworkers about personal issues and talking ghetto with unproper English . I didnt like the experience at all and will not go back . If your disabled in any way and are slow dont go here . I felt like I was not wanted , like I was a bother just by ordering food .

Yes, cooking the wings do take time. However with a group of 6 coming out of Key West it fitted our needs fine. And I didnt find the wait too long. The Wings were good, the Korean spice is sweet and spicey and tastes great. I recommend spending the extra $1 to cover your fries with cheese sauce or they have a healthier option in the form of cut vegetables. I spent the extra 69 cents and bought the dinner roll as filler, which in the end wasnt needed between the ten wings and fries I had to eat. The only negative experience I had was me killing a cockroach I saw on the floor, we were seated by the door so wether or not this place has roaches remains to be determined.

Worse place ever ! Got my name wrong after I spelled it out and they laughed about it even the manager. Food was thrown into bags and looked disgusting. The bag torn from being overfilled. I order side sauces and paid for them and only got one sauce I actually ordered. Had another order and took her forever to actually listen to how I wanted them separated to pay. She upsized a combo after telling her twice I just wanted the regular size. I would recommend finding a better wing place with better quality food and service. The only positive thing was the manager and cashier offered to help carry my stuff to the car.

We ordered online for our kids. When I arrived, the rude girl at the front said she didnt have my naem, with no explanation. I then went to get the confirmation email from my phone in the car. When I came back, her rude tone was worse, and she then explained that all online orders were down. I would have been cool with that if she explained nicely the first time, and ordered again, but her attitude makes it where I dont want to ever go back. Customer service goes almost as far as the food. No more WingStop for our family

This is a fairly clean place with a friendly enough staff, but its a hit or miss place as well. Sometimes, if youre lucky, youll get some fresh, juicy fried wings. Other times, you get day old cow hide. Double check your orders if picking up since theyre likely to get something wrong. Its a split personality place. On the one hand, you cant wait to sink your teeth into some hot juicy wings. On the other, youre stressed out with flash backs from chewing on cow hides.

Pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff. They made great recommendations and were very professional and courteous. The restaurant was clean and the staff was vigilant about maintaining the cleanliness. The bathroom was also very clean. Looking forward to going back soon. Owner Hip Hop Mogul Rick Ross should be proud - youve got great people working at this place!

Not very friendly..... no paper separating the wings from the styrofoam container. My first visit was worse (long wait, overcooked wings) felt it was time to speak up. Not up to Wingstop standards.
