This KFC is right next to the Oregon City Transit Center. I went in to grab a quick snack between buses the other day and had a horrible encounter with an employee. Before eating, I wanted to wash my hands. I asked one guy if I could use the restroom to wash my hands and he came out and unlocked the door and with a rude additude, he said, "Just so you know, its supposed to be for paying customers." like he assumed I wasnt going to buy anything. He never knocked on the door to see if it was occupied, just opened it and there was a man in there. Fortunately the guy was just washing his hands and not sitting on the toilet. After I washed my hands I came out and decided to leave without buying a snack and made sure to announce that since the restrooms were for paying customers only, I wasnt going to buy anything and walked out. I wish I could say the food was good or the decore was satisfactory, but I wasnt in the mood to even look or taste. The restroom at least wasnt filthy.

Not so clean. I went here a couple of times, and the atmosphere and the place did not feel clean at all. The food was okay, but it was just about the same as any other KFC place (which is fairly low quality). The service was okay, but the time it took to order just a two things, with no one else in front of me, took longer than it should. Not coming here again, unless I really have to.

The $5 fill up is a let down. First off its only for participating KFCS so its $5.99 and I got the chicken sandwich with fries, a drink and a chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich is about the size of a McChicken and the fries were about a total of 5. The highlight of my meal was the free drink upgrade to a lemonade and my cookie. Most of the employees were standing around BSing !

This KFC is not also an A&W. The KFC in Oregon City that is also an A&W is not bad. The service is the worst part of this store. I have come in a few times as the store is located close to my place of employment and have heard the teenagers in the back cussing their heads off. One employee even made sure to comment to customers that he "friggen hates this job."

Went here tonight with my family. It was delicious and the staff was helpful even in the drive-through. I am not disappointed. This is not my first time going there as a used to live up the street and my husband works at a car lot nearby. My kids love the mac & cheese and its good for a quick dinner after a long day at work.

Ate here while serving on a jury at the courthouse down the street. Back when KFC was Kentucky Fried Chicken and they actually trained people to cook on the premises, you could get some reasonably good food. Not so much any more. Though I still have a weakness for the mashed potatoes and gravy.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience I have EVER had at a KFC. Service was filled with all kinds of unnecessary attitude, and every person who works here is a brainless moron. Cant get an order correct to save their lives. Hope this either changes or they go out of business

Horrible if I could post a pic of the stale food they gave me i would. Its a unfortunate waste of time money and gas to get food here I will never go back and they didnt give me a receipt either. This sad service was horrendously ridiculous.

best kfc ive been to and its the only one in portland that wont make me sick and theres two bounses if you need to take trimet its littarly next to the oregon city tc and if your a railfan its right out side the brooklyn sub

Its a KFC but it is located next to the Tri-Met transit center and you can get some shady character in the store. Sometimes they are out of different pieces of chicken and the chicken can be old. I have been to better KFCs

Its always a crap shoot here when it comes to the chicken. One time it could be fresh, one time it could be old, another time it could be dried out, etc... The staff for the most part provide good customer service.

Kinda spendy to end up with not freshly made chicken that was not hot enough to want to eat, weird taste not only with the chicken but not so warm sides. I remember kfc being a lot tastier 10 yrs ago

I went through the drive through. The line moved quickly and the server was very friendly. There were no issues and the line kept moving which is important for a drive through.

They always seem to be out of everything and If they do have food it seems to be super cry. staff are not so friendly. Seem like they hate there job and dont want to be there

The restroom was very clean and the workers here are so polite despite the fact that I only bought a drink to use the ladies room. Also, great free Wi-Fi! Its a good location.

07/24/17: 4.0 out of 5 - This location isnt so bad. The food was typical of any KFC, but the crew was nice and kept the establishment clean. Worth a visit once in awhile.

Very, very dirty. Did not order food as a result of cleanliness. Tables wobbly and broken. This place shows the abuse of numerous visitors from nearby transit station.

Fast food restaurant not much behind it. Manager is really nice just seems understaffed and crowded for the most part. Alot of homless fill thier lobby.
