Who doesnt love Wingstop! If you live in the area of Richmond I recommend you go to this one in Pinole, especially if you want to dine in. Its more spacious compared to the one on Mcdonald Ave and its near many more fast food restaurants just in case you dont fulfill your cravings. The wings here are delicious and the variety of flavors makes it so much better. I always order the 10 piece combo, which comes with a side of fries (very salty), one dipping sauce of your choice, and a medium sized cup. The soda machine has a touch screen interface, and about a hundred drinks to choose from. Overall, its the best place to buy chicken wings. The only thing I would change to improve its appeal to the public, would be the restrooms. They need better maintenance because it looks unsanitary and I get an icky feel as I walk in.

Ive been to this location many times over the years and keep telling myself that the current time is the last time. The first year that it was open, it was pretty good. We always order the same thing via the app. We noticed that as time went on, things started to go down as far as consistency and quality. Sometimes it was waaay too salty, other times the chicken had a flavor that just made us feel like the fry oil was not fresh (we couldnt put out finger on it). Then we noticed that the ranch got really watery. We went a few times in the span of a few months and the ranch was consistently watery. WWE went to other locations and didnt notice the same issue. This latest visit comes after a long time (maybe a year?) of not going here, and we noticed that the ranch was chunky this time... No weird taste, but chunky...

I called in a wings order the night before the SuperBowl. The next day I waited 40 minutes in line, just for them to tell me they could not find my order (by my name or phone number), and they could not replace the order in time for the game. While that day is very high volume, the total chaos of the staff, the lack of professionalism (letting some customers bypass the line), the lack of a system of conveying to customers when an order was done, it was the absolute incompetence that was the root of the issue not the volume. In contrast, Round Table Pizza (under as high a volume pressure certainly), not only had zero wait, was able to make the wings order in time for the game. Once again, absolute incompetence.

This is my go to Wingstop, overall better service than most other Wingstop locations. They especially get online orders done pretty quickly. Most of the bad reviews Ive seen lack rationality from what Ive seen in person. Just the other day a woman in front of me was complaining about her food being cold. However, she had placed her order over the phone over an hour beforehand, there is that crowd of people who do that. Only trouble Ive had here is during the dinner rush hours, especially when its newer workers. The ones who have worked there longer are quite friendly and own up if theres a mistake.

If only I can put 3 an half stars. I been doing a walk in order lately because the call in order is not the same no more. The employees sometime cant hear you over the telephone. Especially on a busy day, youll be on hold forever and you constantly have to double check your food too because you sometimes have a missing sauce. Thus far is the best place to get your wings because is big and not rip off like other wingstop I went to.

Paluma or how ever you spell the managers name if she gave a real name is rude as hell. Shes very lucky she was on the clock ... I will find a way to get in touch with her manager and complain about her flipping her hand up at me and telling me the way I wanted my food couldnt be done. With her customer service this location wont make it far. And the had so many food complaints alone with mines I would skip this place!

Its always a plus when you order online, but its not even worth it if you cant even come pick it up immediately. They tell you ready at this amount of time, when you show up, they havent even cooked it yet, so theres no point in even calling it in. I love their Lemon pepper chicken and cheese fries.

Terrible service I tried to placed an order on the phone they put me on hold for 5 mins and I hear nothing but loud arguing people like if someone was complaining or something it was going back and forth. Hung up and tried again they put me on hold again a couple of minutes later hung up. WTF

terrible service, kept me on hold for ever. matter of fact Im still on hold smh terrible. food half way done. they tried to charge us an extra 1 for the ranch that we already paid for. worst wingstop I have ever been to in my life. hands down I recommend you skip this joint

I asked one of the employees to refill the Sprite and Lemonade flavors for the machina and he ignored me, threatened me and they didnt give me my refund when I politely asked. I asked for extra sauce and they barely even put any on the small dissapointing wings.

The staff were really friendly and the food was very tasty. It was my first time at Wing Stop, and Ill definitely go back to this one specifically soon. The lemon pepper boneless strips were soooo good. Plus I got free refills on drinks.

Normally I love Wing Stop, this time they gave me hot instead of the Cajun I ordered. When I brought the wings back in minutes later they just lightly sprinkled Cajun seasoning on top of the wrong wing flavor and handed it back to me...

Ive liked Wing Stop for awhile now and this was my first time at this location, like most wing stops they dont have much space, but this location was little smaller so I ate in my car ehehe. But the workers are cool.

Will not ever go to this Wing Stop again and I LOVE Wing Stop. The owner has staff ho harass, threaten and is very violent. I know this from experiencing it. Bad business!!!!
