Love Chick-fil-A -- but cant stand when staff is just plain ignorant. Tried to explain food allergy, but staff insisted they HAD to serve (their free offer of) ice cream WITH a cone TOUCHING it -- they couldnt serve it in a cup and leave the cone off. They could serve it in a cup but the cone HAD to be on top TOUCHING it. Seriously? Took talking to cashier (nope), he talked to a manager (nope), I asked to speak with manager (1st one: nope), then a higher manager -- at first: nope, then after questioning if this is how they treat all their food allergy customers: oh, I misunderstood you, sure we can leave the cone off... Really? 10 minutes and 2 managers later?

Ive never met a rude employee here. Very active in taking car of the customer while not being overbearing. The food is great for a fast food place. Speaking of which, when I say fast food I mean extremely fast food. Two of my friends and I eat here a lot since its across from our college, every time Ive ordered theyve had the food ready for me to take before I even finished digging the money out of my wallet. I also love the idea of the cell phone challenge, more restaurants should do that.

Staff gets the stars. The chicken tastes like it is injected with mayonnaise. The lemonade tastes worse than Minute made. The creepy cow that says eat more chkn. Im not a vegetarian nor one to be squeamish about food but it just creeps me out that my food is telling me to eat another food in some battle between cows and chickens. Really a guy in a suit dancing around too? Not a fan but hey I love McDonalds fries so who am I

Delicious food. I wont give it 5 stars, because 5 stars is for a place that gets me hooked/addicted to their food. Chick fil-A does a fantastic job at everything, but their menu is not favorite worthy enough to make me want to come back every day. This place is GREAT for kids and families though, so if you have kids, TAKE THEM THERE. This is the best fast food place for kids and families in my opinion.

Upadate for those that need such things, firsts reviewed over two years ago. This is a very consistent Fast Food place that is still just as friendly and clean. Believe it, or not, I like this place. It is tie for the best Fast Food chain with In-N-Out. It is always good food, good service and clean, ALWAYS. It is wonderful how consistent they are and how nice they are with good food as well.

Great customer service, friendly staff, and the dinning area is always clean. The owner of the company treats staff well and gives all employees Sunday off which is unheard of for a fast food restaurant. Their proprietary sauces are excellent. Family friendly environment with excellent chicken sandwiches. They are the In-N-Out of the chicken restaurant chains.

Great Food, even better service. One of the only "fast food" restaurants Ive been to with a hospitality director. Free refills on coffee and other beverages, Free Fast Wi-FI with no time limit restraints, and dining room capacity to allow wi-fi campers. One couple brings in their 3d printer and prints out toys for kids that come in. Great Breakfast.

I am very picky, but when I came through to get a Free Iced Coffee and even a Free Chicken Sandwich, I was treated like royalty and Yes was all I got. The food was perfect and even a mint on the bottom of the bag, of a totally FRee lunch mind you, so I will be back. Best service I have had all year.

I always love the food and the service is quick. The spicy chicken sandwich is awesome, but the chick fil a sauce is really the reason to go there. Santa rosa is the only nearby city to get one up north. Just dont forget, like i often do, that they are closed on Sunday

Good food until you look at the ingredients. MSG in everything and cooks in tbhq peanut oil- derives from butane!!! very good company that you would think would have weeded out these toxic chemicals. Look at nutritional info....No wonder it taste so good.

The employees are always smiling and enthusiastic. I also really like that the foods is always freshly cooked, which is hard to find in "fast food". This location is also very clean, which I appreciate. The cow can be a little pushy though, haha.

fiancé had his first meal at chick fil a! liked it better then other fast food, very friendly cashier Angel! didnt know chick fil a was in california at all! love the chicken nuggets, better than any nuggets I have ever had!

Reasonable prices, clean facilities, super friendly staff, and tasty food. What more could you want? Dont forget to ask for a stamp card so every 10th trip is free! Also, dont forget the Polynesian or Chik-fil-a sauce.

My food was cold-as in straight from the fridge. Even if it was properly heated the quality is aweful. Its amazing that it was kinda busy since there are several other establishments near by that are way better.

This is the least busy CFA Ive ever been to, especially for being across the street from a college campus. Parking is easy and the drive thru line doesnt interfere with anything like at every other CFA!
