When I arrived at 8pm, there was a bit of a line in the drive-thru, but the stalls were all almost empty, so I took one. I pressed the red button on stall to order, the one that says, "Well be with you in a few seconds!" I guess if they dont answer within a few minutes your spot in line ends and you have to hit the red button again, because it is no longer lit up. I did that 4 times in a row before they got to me. That normally wouldnt have been too much for me to handle. I understand you might be short-staffed with people who dont know how to handle too many things at once. No, the problem was when I finally started ordering, I could immediately tell the person wasnt listening to me. I had to repeat my order 4 times, sometimes after 30 seconds of empty air with a hastily repeated, "Im sorry could you repeat that." After repeating myself, she still got it wrong. The absolute kicker? Ive got a slightly high pitched voice for a guy, so getting called maam on the phone or in a drive-thru happens 1-2 times a year, I can live with it. However, when I correct you, and you immediately do it again? Unacceptable. I pulled in at 8pm and left very frustrated without completing my order at 8:23. This might have been the worst customer-service I have ever received at a fast food place.

Ate here 3 weeks ago. I told them about the price differences on the 2 signs (drive through) . Today I come back and they didnt change it. I ordered a chilly cheese hotdog combo meal with an extra chilly dog. I ask the lady on the speaker box if I could get the price that was on the first sign (20 cents cheaper) . She said no. Its already in the system. Girl comes out with order (drive through) . She asks me if I would like anything else. I said yes, you need to hurry up and change the menu sign. She said she didnt know anything about that. I explained it to her. She then says we changed prices a few days ago. I said no you didnt, I was here 3 weeks ago and it was the same. And if you did change prices why didnt they update both signs? She then said I dont know anything about that. I hurried home to eat my delicious chilly dogs.....no frys. They forgot to put in my frys! That is so unamerican! Its blasphemy! Its like eating clam chowder with a canoe paddle! Its just wrong! Done ranting. Im going back to get a strawberry shake! Laters.

Even though sonic isnt exactly high class to begin with, this location is consistent in one thing - messing up orders. Every single time I have been here, something in our order is incorrect. For example, our last visit (today) including jr cheeseburgers - without cheese, mozzarella - without marinara, kids meal - without applesauce. And every single item was cold. Now all of these things were listed on the receipt so the expectation was pretty clear. And I dont think I need to ask for warm food... We excused the first few mistakes, but this is an unfortunate trend that occurs with EVERY visit. Weve even had a young girl poke a large hole in the bottom of a Sonic blast cup while mixing it, then still proceed to hand us the cup out the drive thru window anyway. When we told her she needed to put it into a new cup so it wouldnt drip all over his car, she actually ARGUED! saying "the ice cream is cold, so it wont melt".

The slushes that my friends and I ordered were great. The food was okay, but here is the problem. They messed up my order (a double cheese burger with ketchup only and a side of fries), but thats understandable, so we asked for them to re make the burger since it had mustard and stuff on it. So they did. But this time they messed up AGAIN, and gave us a bacon burger. So we then asked for them to remake it again because I dont like bacon at all. The third time they made it, they gave me a jr. bacon cheese burger(?!), Which isnt even close to what I ordered. After that we gave up and left.

I love this place! - They have a great selection - especially for summer when its hot - with endless drink selections, including their delicious limeades, cherry limeades, frozen lemonades,vanilla coke, slushes and flavored iced teas. And I love their happy hour from 2-5 (I think) where all the drinks are 1/2 off and their delicious corn dogs are 99¢. They have super tasty onion rings, too - I can never pass those up! Its super easy to pay right from your car, you can just slide your card - really convenient. Food is delivered quickly and some of the carhops even wear skates!!!

There were about 2 other cars there and our straws and spoons were forgotten and it took longer to get those than t took to make our 3 shakes. One shake spilled all over the car because the lid wasnt on properly and was over-filled. The molten cake with ice cream got all over the place because the lid didnt fit the bottom properly, it was either both lids or both bottoms. And the cream soda was as thick as the blast and could barely drink it through the straw. I understand if it was super busy but there were like I said, 2 other cars.

How difficult is it to get an order of iced tea (unsweetened and with extra lemon) correct? Apparently it is extremely difficult at this location to listen to the customer and produce the requested item as asked. I have a hard time understanding how extra lemon becomes extra ice (no lemons at all) and unsweetened means loaded with sugar. Is this some sort of secret game/joke? Plus the food item that I ordered took for ever and wasnt hot. Wont come here again.

My kids think going to Sonic is a big treat. Who doesnt when they have all those awesome drink options and frozen treats! We had the Strawberry Limeade Chillers this last time, and they were super yummy! I also am a fan of some of their items that you cant get at other fast food places - Frito pies, Frito and Chili Wraps, Mozzarella Sticks...the list goes on. Look beyond the combo meals! And GO TEXAS TOAST!

You have to ask for fresh everything or else your food guaranteed wont be fresh. And if u ask for one thing fresh but not the other for example you ask for a fresh burger but order corn dogs your corn dogs will be cold and burnt. Rediculous!! Plus I seen a cook in there rub his face then handle food!!! But I do have to say if you ask for all fresh items it is delicious!!!

I just love the happy hour in the afternoons! After picking up the kids from school or after leaving a hot park, its a real treat to grab a limeaid or cherry Coke. My kids love the slushes that sometimes we add candy too. Warning, sugar blast!! But what a fun treat. Plus, if calories are being counted, the plain chicken sandwich w/o sauce is a great option. ;)

Always fast, food is good, and the servers are nice. I do have trouble with the machines reading my debit card somewhat often but in this case they can always just run it inside and its never any huge problem. Every once in a while they forget that I didnt want whipped cream on my Oreo Blast, but this doesnt happen often and its not a big deal anyway.
