Theyve been making mistakes too often lately. Their employee turnover rate is very high too. Theyre always hiring new cashiers, which tells me that theyre having internal problems. The fact that their "now hiring" sign has been out for years now tells me that cashiers dont like working there. Half the time, the food doesnt even taste right. We even got undercooked chicken once.

Leak on the roof by the entrance had all the floor wet on the main lunch area. Mens room was super gross, clogged urinal spilling over. Lots of flies flying inside the restaurant.

KFC is exactly what you would expect. The KFC in Petaluma also has an A&W Root Beer inside of it, thus quantifying the 4 star review. Service is on the slower side.

Best KFC! There food is always fresh and the customer service is amazing! I drive from Rohnert Park to Petaluma to get our KFC.
