Terrible. Without fail, this KFC provides the worst possible food and service every single time I have gone there. On one occasion, I waited for twenty minutes after exiting the drive-thru along with two other patrons. When the orders were all complete, one of the KFC employees exited the store with a handful of bags, proceeded to drop one in a puddle where the bottom two or three inches of the bag was submerged in water. The employee picked the bag up, looked at it approvingly, and proceeded to hand the sopping wet bag of food to a patiently waiting customer. It gets better... ...Upon arriving home with my order, I removed the mashed potatoes from the bag, only to watch the bottom of the styrafoam container along with its contents empty all over into the bottom of the bag. The lids on both the coleslaw AND gravy were not even fastened properly and gravy was slowly leaking out of the opening where the lid had not been fastened. Furthermore, the chicken looked as though it had been soaking in lukewarm grease for ages. Hungry and disappointed, I called the establishment and spoke with the manager. He directed me to return to the drive-thru for a full replacement of my meal. He also informed me that he would be placing my information in a "book" so that I could redeem another meal of similar value upon my next visit. This appeased me briefly. One week later, I returned and spoke with the manager (Jeremy) and -- after waiting in line for fifteen minutes -- discussed the reimbursement for which I was eligible. He told me he would help me as soon as the other customers in line BEHIND me had been taken care of. I waited for another ten minutes and Jeremy checked the books and began putting my meal together. While he was doing this, he was visibly annoyed not only with me, but with each other customer that he was forced to help. (Customer service simply is not this KFCs forte.) Unfortunately, the food I received as a reimbursement for the terrible food and service I had previously received was once again well below par. No other KFC operates at the shoddy standards that this one operates at, and I have not returned since. I cannot in good conscience recommend even getting a soda at this place. They consistently underperform in all categories I can think of: the lobby is a mess, the employees ALL look like slobs, and worst of all, the food is inedible. If the food were prepared even at an average standard, I would occasionally frequent this KFC, but with Albertsons (best fried chicken in Washington State) and Popeyes within reasonable proximity, KFC is not even a consideration. The only way I can see them being reinstated as a valid contender in the fried chicken market is for us, as consumers, to boycott this location until the owner is forced out of business and a new ownership group can reestablish the quality of the food, ambiance, and (most importantly) personnel.

i do not understand how this place is still in business. we rarely come here because i have NEVER spent less that 15 minutes in the drive through. but every once in a while i think "maybe it will be someone different working this time, and i could go for a popcorn chicken/root beer float combo..." and it is always horrible. the employees seem either frantic or lazy, nothing in-between. every time i order potato wedges they are either out or tell me they are going to take 5 more minutes. and when i say ive never spent less than 15 minutes in the drive through, thats not an exaggeration, as much as it sounds like one. i really really wish they would get it together because when i am in the mood for fast food, kfc is a top choice and its only a couple blocks from my house. i think i would rather drive to 6th ave and go to pop-eyes from now on, the staff and chicken are deeelightful there.

Without a doubt this is the worst customer service location we have been to (repeatedly). Unfortunately, its the closest one to us so we have returned several times when were in the mood for chicken and we have enough extra time. The food itself is fine, same as all the other KFCs but youre in for a adventure in the drive through lane. Expect several minutes before you get a chance to order and if you are ordering anything other than crispy its a toss of the dice. I honestly can not remember the last time we were able to get a complete order of grilled. There are always out of it, at least after 7 pm when we usually stop by.

I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS KFC!!!!! I went through Drive threw and was asked to pull around the curb and wait while part of my order was made which was fine. 15 Mins later after they told me 5 min wait I go inside and the Manager just stared at me. looked around and didnt say a word. then asked me what I needed. I told her and she looked at the drive threw girl and the girl said she walked the parking lot and couldnt find me. this isnt the first time Ive had problems here. They dont even seem to know what there menu says. Needs to be completely restaffed

Cold lobby when its already cold outside. Long wait on food at 11am with 4 employees. Though my wait was excusable, others was not. The guy before me waited 5 minutes for gravy. The couple after me had to rethink their order as they didnt want to wait 25-30 mins for their food as the kitchen was not well stocked and prepared. Food is delicious however, portion is smaller than expected via photo on the menu.

Usually this place is great but today it was awful waiting 30 mins for a small order the place so dirty chicken bones on the floor garbage every where extremely disappointed !!! Staff was moving very slowly and could care less sadly they werent even busy when I got my burger it was so messed up sauce every where and topping stuck to the sides cold stale fries not cool

total crap they messed up on my order of hot wings and then when I said screw it here give me my money back she insisted that I wait 5min for the proper food and would not give me back any money or any discount I know that this is not ok and there management should be replaced for dealing with the issues they passed onto customers this way.

Last week ordered a double cheese burger and waited 11 minutes for them to make the burger @ the drive through. I received a single cheese burger. This week pulled at the drive through and ordered chicken tender combo and headed to work to only receive the chicken tendors an no combo. I am done with this store and there poor service!!!!!

They forgot part of my order and when I called it in they offered a desert for my troubles. When people call the store first about their order in most cases a manager will be the one to pick up. The managers are more willing to make things right than any other employee.

As has become typical for KFC restaurants, this place is terrible. Slow. Poor quality. Frequently does not have menu items available. No fries at 2pm on a weekday because they are "filtering the oil"? Please. Save your money and go somewhere else.
