This location in particular is my favorite . it is a KFC and AW combo. Which means I get my fav fries and my fav hot wings in one place. I discovered that when I go in and order to go tends to be a lot better than when I go through the drive thru, less mistakes. Customer service is a lot better than few years back. Not sure if it is new management since they renovated. Although there seem to be the same language barriers, they are actually a lot nicer and courteous than before. And the food always tastes fresh . anyway. I like it. If you like fried chicken and spicy stuff, try them, order from both menus

Cashier was incompetent at operating the machine and had terrible communication skills in relaying as to what was going on. Had to drive up to the window and wait for a couple minutes until someone eventually attended it. We attempted to politely ask and try to understand as to what the problem was, and was ignored until we decided on leaving. I hate to be a negative Nancy, however management is not doing their job in training their enployees. I foresee a closure on this location very soon if nothing is changed. Have a good day! Im still getting my root beer float somewhere else.

The workers Literally look like zombies. Nobody smiled. As soon as I walked into the restaurant the guy at register turned and walked away. the food was overly cooked or too undercooked I got chili cheese fries and they drowned the fries and the chili so much that they were soggy this is probably the worst experience that Ive ever had to go in one of these and trust me Ill never go again. Pathetic excuse for a quote-unquote restaurant

The people working there barely understand english well enough to take your order but only after youve repeated what you want like 3 times. Unbelievable. Never going to this KFC ever again. Its no wonder so many KFC restaurants are closing. Going to Popeyes. Bye.

The location is dirty and messy, the staff are rude, the food took around 15 minutes to come out, which is crazy for a fast food place, and when it did come out, there was hair in it. Gross! I definently will not be coming back here again.

The chicken was hot, fresh, and crispy! The combined a&w is awesome to go with it as well. Its the only root beer I drink because it tastes as if its straight from the barrel. Rich, creamy, and delicious!

Very good food. Clean restaurant, fair prices. Had to wait a bit in the rive through during lunch hours. But I suppose that is normal. Staff is very friendly!!!!
