This place needs attention from the owner. The service was not good. The person that was helping me seemed to be new and not too friendly. Did not aplogized for taking too long and making mistakes on the registrar. Finally the assistant manager came and took over after a couple attempts by the lady that was helping me. When it was time to eat, i noticed the whopper was thin and poorly done. Barely any lettuce and just looked unpleasant. I still ate because i was hungry but did not taste too good as in the past. Something was off. Not sure if the owner cares but corporate needs to step in and do some quality control. The people working there seemed unhappy. You can see it in their faces. I had to smile for them to barely smile back. Not good at all.

I spent over $10 for 2 Chicken Parmesian Sandwiches and I couldnt eat either. Both were obviously over-nuked multiple times yet still sent out the door as real food. Shameful and inedible. Rubbery bread and chicken and absolutely not a drop of sauce. All of the employees were speaking Spanish and as near as I can reckon they were laughing at us stupid Americans for paying them $10/hr to make food as poorly as humanly possible. This is a perfect example of why America is a total disaster waiting to collapse on itself... The commercials you put on TV dont resemble what you get in any way shape or form and you should be criminally responsible.

If I could I put 0⭐ I was here last night like 9:30pm or so the time online say they open until 10 pm the door was open and the person on the counter say he be back in a moment but instead he just stayed on the back while hes coworkers yell we are close and other offensive expressions I know is bk and all but I was expecting at least a nice sorry we are close just now or whatever that was the worst experience I ever have anywhere I was just trying to buy food for Me and my family we all left super mad I was sadly expecting better from bk but I guess not

This bk is the worst... its 130 am. 6 cars in the employee parking... all the lights and drive through lights are off at a 24hr establishment. I sit and wait... nothing...never open late night. If they are, they closed the grill. Chicken only at Burger King. Go figure. Lived in mh for 2yrs and bk has been the worst of the after 12 places. Just save yourself and go to jack in the box or home...

Super slow service. Was put on hold for more than 5 minutes to order in the drive thru. I was given items I didnt order. I didnt even bother complaining at the window once I saw that there were only 2 employees in the building scrambling to get through orders for a full drive thru. I blame management for keeping the restaurant grossly understaffed!

Just waited in line for 30 minutes for our food . Two of the three kids inside just fooling around laughing and talking ! I would not recommend this to anybody ! If the managers reading this maybe take a look at whoever was working at 3 oclock this afternoon .

By far the slowest fastfood place in the bay area. It took over 12mins for me to get my order of nuggets and fries. This is insane. Only 2 cars were ahead of me... Dont waste your time or money!

I have no problem waiting, but when the drive thru takes 32 minutes and there are only 3 cars in front of you, theres a limit. Not to mention the slow moving and not so friendly staff inside.

This Burger King this is one of the worst ones Ive been in. The restaurant area is dirty and dont even get me started on the bathroom. To top everything else, they screwed up on my order.

Staff were ok, but very very very long wait - 18 minutes exactly. We were asked to park away from the drive through after 15 minutes wait and cars behind us started complaining.
