The Food is always as Good As its gonna be , because its always "Burger King Fresh" and everything has something that can make a meal for anyone, that being said ,and credit given to them for fluent Service and consistant Food handling skills, this burger King like most Burger King-affiliated business, there taste to smell ratio is wrong it looks better than, or more appetizing than, what your taste buds are excpecting...in fact Burger King is very good and YES it is dilicious , Service isnt conversational but is very consistant and you will be in and out in a generic average time from orders to hand out...all in all " Many non important flaws and lacking a fun inviroment... It is good food but more so for selective taste and is limited to being back up drive thru... Buttermilk ranch is also a downer... But i do like it here just not for what i would normally or randomly grab a bite to eat... Chicken frys are good but my 3yr old has never finished a box....he eats about 3- child items or smaller items from everywhere else except Tacθ,&÷!!, they have big delicious items for you to order.....

For the first time I went to this restaurant, and ordered a chicken sandwich. The service was slow... very slow. Waited about 15 min, no one else in line. The chicken sandwich was burnt, not just a little, but burnt. The lettuce and tomato on the sandwich was hot and limp, as if the vegetables had been sitting in the sun for a few hours. The bun, was smothered, excessively with a mayo type sauce. I asked for a small ice tea,and actually managed two sucks on the straw. When taking the lid off, I found that the cup was filled almost to the top with ice. The lady behind the counter was also cleaning tables and sweeping the floor, but on observation, I noticed that she was then handling food without washing her hands. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

This BK is the worst I ever been to. Its the closest to where I live so I went there often, but never again. I few things. When grabbing cups for a drink ive watched them stick their hand (deep) down into the cup (no gloves) to grab it, instead of grabbing it by the out side. Very slow service, 15+ min in a line of 3 or 4 people is common for me. Orders wrong, cold food, BURNT burgers. Wont take coupons when the other stores will. I could go on & on. The other BK in YC & Marysville are run FAR better. I will drive the extra couple of miles & go to a different BK from now on. Would you drink from a cup that had fingers 5 inches inside it after those hands touched money (who knows what else) from all those other customers. Not me.

I eat here a minimum of 2 times a month. After reading the first three reviews I could wait to give a positive review. Not once have I been treated incorrectly by a employee! They were always happy and took order fine. The food has always been within proper health standards & tastie. I am retired having been a manager in the service industry for 30 plus years. Also I am servsafe trained because of my wifes part-time food service business. I dont see any certification frames posted on the walls here either. It is mandatory to have one employee with that training in many other states. Would be good if BK had a program for employees in that area. So I find no reason for bad comments about this BK.

I dont know what these people are talking but I went to this BK and found it to be the cleanest BK in the area I ordered and ate there the customer service was pretty good the asst. manager took my order and was very polite and knowagble about the menu i think her name started with a G but cant remember. when i left i ordered a bunch of food for my family and she helped me out to my car with it, now that is service. I will go out of my way to come to this BK.

Havent been to a Burger King in years. Took the grandson because he asked for a hamburger with bacon on it so we thought wed give it a shot. Sad to say when we got home there were 3 cokes in place of the 3 sprites we ordered and no bacon on the burger like we ordered. Although perfect for me, if you are really hungry, you may be highly disappointed in the serving size of items. Total bust for us!

I love Burger king, but my experience at this one right now almost ruined it for me...I asked for the 5 for 4 with no cheese on the burger and onion rings instead of the fries;instead, when I received my order I was given Cold, soggy, salty fries, and my Burger was cold with cheese. I literally threw up when I bit the fry... stay away from this Burger King if you enjoy good Burger King.

The service at this particular restaurant location is terrible. I ordered two whopper jrs with cheese, heavy all. The burgers were marked with a large "H" but the only thing that was "heavy" was the Mayo. After I finished eating them, I was still hungry. I ordered a four piece chicken nugget and waited 23 minutes for them. Incredible. I will NOT visit this location any more.

I can not emphasize how terrible this burger King is. I have never written a review until now. I have been here three times and been completely disappointed, returning each time hoping it was just a bad day for the cook. WORST FAST FOOD IVE EVER HAD. THE SODA MACHINERY TASTE LIKE MOLD.

If I could give them minus 5 stars I would. 75% of the time they get my order wrong, last time they got it wrong a second time and couldnt care less. All I wanted was no mayo on the grilled chicken sandwich. Worst BK I have been too.

This is my 6th time here! Im fed up and will never return. This is the worst bk I have ever been to. Playground is always closed. The card machine is always broken. Worst employees!
