As I drove up there was a Team Leader in training named Yesenia (to what we were told) screaming outside of the drive thru window. She was not the one to assist us through the paying process but my fiancé usually get the employee discount for working at Jack. He has gotten it before but this time he did not. The team had no idea what was going on but when to ask yesenia who was "busy" outside gossiping with people in the car. One of the girls went to ask her about it and instead of going inside to assist us through the window she was screaming from where she was standing. This person should not be training for team leader and needs to be retrained as just an employee in general. Customer Service on her part was extremely poor.

The turnover for employees here (and most fast food places, Id imagine) is pretty fast. Regardless, good service and accurate orders. Otherwise, this location is straight gangster. Lines are long at night or on holidays when every other place is closed. Used to be open 24/7 regularly but some nights, it isnt open late. You should explore whats possible by making special requests; if you like coffee flavor for instance, ask them to add some iced coffee to your (vanilla) milkshake. Take this experimentation to any (fast) food place you go to mix up your plate.

Quick service. Parking lot access is a little quirky. You cannot enter the parking lot from northbound Almaden Expressway. You must turn right onto Branham Ln to enter otherwise you must navigate around a curb structure to enter the drive thru. Rarely have I had poor service from this location. Sometimes the drive thru can be crowded. At that point I go inside to order. Food is as expected. If you like it its good, if you dont, I wont be changing your mind. Open 24 hours like other locations.

I had a milkshake jack burger (#4) and a spicy chicken sandwich. I did not like them at all. The jack burger tasted bad, as if no beef was in there, the spicy chicken was too oily and the milkshake was not good either. I understand that this is a fast food place, but the food is too bad even for fast food standards.

I love this Jack in the Box. They have a wonderful staff, very nice and helpful. The soda machine allows for hundreds of flavor options. The food is good and fast service. The bathrooms are kept exceptionally clean. The dining room is on the small side, but I have never had a problem getting a seat.

Multiple times I have tried to go to this Jack in the Box during normal business hours and found that all the lights were off and a dumpster was blocking the drive through. No sign posted on the door or anything. Looks like all the employees must have just walked out in the middle of a work day.

This is the last time I go through the drive thru. We waited in line for 20 mins on Saturday November 26, 10pm. We had no choice but to be stuck inside the lane otherwise we wouldve left. Other times it takes us about 10 mins from entering the drive through till we get our food.

24hrs. Not when I was told to leave by a rude lady at 1230am. She told me that there is nothing that says theyre open 24 hours other than the fact online and every listing you guys have say 24 hours and youve been 24 hours for the past 15 years Ive been going.

This is my go to Jack in the Box. For me it is worth driving past the locations closer to my house since I always receive great food and service here. Even during the busiest times the quality here is top notch! Please have your other locations take note.

Cashier was upset when we decided to order another item from the menu at the drive through. Told us it would take to long to make and other cars might be coming (we were the only one there the whole time) and to order something else.

Came in for the 4 for 4 that I saw on a commercial . But this jack does not honor it. That sucked. Usually it is a great place but tonight they were all out of soda options only coke. The guy was nice to offer me a free drink.

We went through the drive through late one night after a long day moving into our new home, and the service was fast, food was fresh, and they gave us lots of sauce for our chicken strips. Service was nice.

waited quite a while for a salad and chicken nuggets. The nuggets were cold. :( The team manager is so preoccupied with Im not sure what, that customers had to wait quite a while just to get catsup.
