Halal Meat is served here. Per verbal assurance from Owner/Staff. Went here for Eid dinner with some family friends. The interior of the restaurant is nice and the staff is friendly. It is a mix of Afghani and other types of food from India/Pakistan and Middle East. The Afghani food was good, but I have had better. Their "desi" food was not really authentic. I would suggest they stick to Afghani. But their dessert (Firni) was very good. The place is kind out in the boonies for me (near some residential area in San Jose foothills), so I probably wont be coming here again anytime soon.

I was here for the very first time earlier this evening for dinner. Had a beef gyro & house salad. Food was great, very fresh & tastes very home-made. I just googled for a Mediterranean food near me & picked a closet one. Was doubtful @ first when I arrived there, since it looked so empty out in front & there werent that many customers eating at the time. However, to my surprise, the food tastes so good!

I ate here four times now and love this place. The food and service are excellent. They have a uniquely varied menu across several cultures. It is in a quiet little strip mall just West of The Villages. The dining room closes at 8:30 pm, so it is not a place for late diners. Also, if you get there that late, one of us early diners might eat the last slice of moussaka or last lamb shank.

Wait time was kind of long 25 min for my order, and the amount of food (pic posted) was not great for $12.50. Good atmosphere though if you want to have a long relaxed business lunch, not so much of you just want to eat something.

Spacious, quiet and well suited for a relaxed meal. Not a fan of most of what they offer on their menu. But visit the place frequently, as they serve quick and their falafels & chicken kebabs are good to my taste buds

With so few dining choices in this area, Its nice to have this wonderful family restaurant around. The food is delicious. The kabobs are delicious, and I really like the chicken biryani.
