We (boyfriend and I) frequent here about once a week and there has been errors on our meal for the past 2 month. I get the cravings deal which comes with nachos (which they give the cheese for but no chips) and they forget my burrito. (That is half of my meal missing). This last time they messed up my meal as well as forgot half of his and burnt the other part. Had to call them 3 times just to get ahold of someone who was apologetic and offered to replace what is missing. They have gone downhill the past few months and even if they seem quick in service; they are lacking in quality and correct orders.

This taco bell seems to mess up a lot when it comes to my order. Im a vegan so I dont eat meat or sour cream which has gelatin. I specifically ordered chalupas with no sour cream but when I arrived home I found sour cream in my chalupas. The food preparers dont pay attention to the orders. They are careless. I came back to show them what they did, the manager didnt even apologize but just gave extra more chalupas. That is bad customer service. They do not care about satisfied customer. This happened to me before also. They put bad impression of taco bell in mind.

This location is usually packed inside and packed in the drive-thru. You wait forever either way. They listed this site as a "Mexican Food Restaraunt"? Seriously? Find a real, "authentic" Mexican Food Restaraunt, Taco Bells far from it. Blaghhhhhh

Food consistent. Pretty good. Had the Lemonade freeze for Happy Hour with burrito supreme and taco supreme. Really enjoyed the freeze (got brain freeze!!) And the taco was cold on top and hot on bottom, and the Crunch!!! Thats my favorite!!

Fast and fresh hot food. The cashier Chelsea O is always great when I come in to this location with my daughter. Shes always very nice, friendly, and makes our dining experience a pleasant one.

Customer service is great here. We came for breakfast and the gentleman that took our order and delivered our food was very friendly. Food was good and hot when we received it.
