All of the staff seemed very friendly and prompt. I had the waffle combo with eggs and sausage. I like that you can have hot chocolate with free refills, I was brought another one without even asking for it which was nice and it had whipped cream. It was a decent one that actually tastes like hot chocolate, better than other hot chocolates in other similar restaurants. The waffle was big enough to fill me up. I like having a choice of syrups at the table and the boysenberry sauce (Id never seen that as a syrup anywhere before) was particularly tasty. There was no problem with waiting time for a table or for food.

Food was good. Service sucked. Took too long to get our order taken. Server never brought refills on drinks. We didnt complain because we were starving and like I said, food was good. We asked for a container to take home three out of four pieces of chicken we didnt eat. Got up to pay our bill and ran back to the table because we left the Togo container... the server had thrown it away! We hadnt even left a n d he threw it out! Bunch of idiots working here. The two stars were for the food, nothing more.

This is our go-to place for breakfast in Livermore. The menu is familiar and everything tastes good. The wait staff are very kind and we always know what were getting so its the true definition of comfort dining. Id like it if there were more gluten-free options but it is what it is. I recommend the fajita omelette for a high protein breakfast.

Well its an ihop, I have a kid and they are really good for that. Their kids menu is not as good as Dennys but the one near here has really bad service so wont go back. The service here has always been good and food quality has always met expectations.

The waitress was really good and friendly for sure...but the portions seem to be slumped on...hash browns in half and didnt taste good...but the waitress brought it to the attention of cooks and brought a fresh plate with a decent serving...

Ihop is great. Good breakfast in a good environment all for a good price. Food is always fresh and coffees are great. This location is open 24 hours on Fridays and Sundays which is very good sometimes when we need a mate night breakfast ;)

Got a table right away but the waitress was too "too busy" to clean the table we wanted when there werent many people at all. Also was rude when taking orders and also acted like we were a bother to her. Food was great though!
