Im truly not sure how this place has a 5 star rating. While the food is reasonable, the service is ridiculous. I tried calling ahead for a pick up order, but it rang and rang with no answer, so I thought maybe I had the wing number. When I arrived, I realized the 2 phones constantly ring and they just dont pay any attention to it. Seriously, I sat there waiting and the guy behind the counter was just messing with the register as the phone kept ringing next to him. When I walked in, no one was at the front...I stood there several minutes before the guy returned from the back where hed been chatting. ETA: I ordered a paneer dish, it was listed as paneer on the ticket, but when I got home it was chicken :(

Im giving 1 star because theres no 0 star. Worst worst restaurant. Food is okay, theres no service at all, manager is rude and does not care about his customer. And look at the water they are serving,yes, thats water, it is not coconut water! Would never come back

Terrible place. Order was incorrect, called back and got no response. I have no idea why this place has 5 stars. Food is ok but the people, the service and the management is among the worst. Would recommend to no one

See a lot of improvements in service, cleaniness, & great food:) Chettinad Crab, Salmon, and some yummy desserts for the weekend buffet. Worth it!
