Living in a small Montana town, I dont typically have the opportunity for authentic Indian. I came in with little to no knowledge on what or how to order, and unfortunately the language barrier between the employees and myself didnt help matters. I ended up with a vast assortment of goodies that, to this day, I still dont know the names of. But they were fantastic! Flavors that you cant even begin to describe until youve had them. I just wish they were able to be a bit more helpful to an outsider like myself.

Great Indian Gujarati vegetarian food. The restaurant is clean, with modern furnishings & classical paintings. The service is friendly, helpful & fast. The food is excellent. This joins the ranks of the best vegetarian food in the SF bay area. They have various thalis, which are complete meals in themselves. Today, I tried their Bombay Quesadilla, which was very good, & loved their eggless cupcake! For good drinks, their chaas is also very good. Great place for lunch or dinner.

This place is one of the best place to eat at! It is authentic home cooked food. Doesnt get any better than this. They do offer a tiffin / takeout service for traditional Gujarati home cooked food. They also have some amazing unique fusion options here, check their menu. Their spicy actually is spicy so Id be careful.. overall a nice cozy feel. It is def more of a "hole in the wall" type of place.. but the prices are reasonable and the food is great.

Some options are good, others are just ridiculously over prised. The daal was way too watery. The roti was thick. The ricewas little undercooked. The combo on the thali was worst Ive had in my life. They should offer some pickle and/chutney with the thali. As far as the taste goes, it was decent. Good enough to call it home cooked.

Hard to say how good the food or drinks are in this place, since we couldnt get any. There were several people waiting in front of the cashier; but the guy there was on the phone most of the time. Somebody came out of the kitchen; i asked him something, he just pointed to the guy at the cashier, then went back inside the kitchen.

If you are looking for authentic Gujarati food then this place will be up your alley. The food is hot, fresh and sweet :) I found everything too sweet but then again I love extra spicy food. It is unlimited food so you will be stuffed by the time you leave. The service is so so so pretty and the place small but very clean.

5 star for authentic Gujarati food. The owner is from Anand (Gujarat, India) and has managed to create the real Gujarati taste in this restaurant. Undhiyu (mix veggie) and rotla (millet bread) are mouth watering. However, the chaat and other non-Gujarati items are average. Must try: Undhiyu, Kadhiyawadi thali

Food is ok, I went in morning. It was fresh food. Most of their sweets are good, Kulfi was not good though. Also people at counter do not seem friendly. Gujarati thali is $11.95 or so, so a little on expensive side. But other items like shrikhand poori etc are for $3.99 or so, which is reasonable.
