Worst restaurant I have ever been to. The owner is horrible and I highly recommend for people not to go. While I was there, the waitress went up to the owner and was talking about how a customer called and asked if they served halal meat (meat for Muslims). They did not make it clear to him that they didnt and took his order. He came in and got the food and the waitress said nothing to him. Afterwards she complained to the owner that why would they eat halal meat when they dont earn money in a halal way, which had nothing to do with anything. The owner, right in front of me, told the waitress, who cares, he got the food and paid. This is completely ridiculous and immoral. If they were unable to tell him on the phone that they do not serve halal food, then they should have cleared it up when he came in. Instead they let him take the food, thinking its halal and had the nerve to laugh about him afterwards. The man eats specially prepared food because of his faith and these people lied to him and let him eat food against his faith. Everyone in the restaurant got mad, and got up and left. After telling the owner she was wrong to do that, she told me so what, shes sikh not Muslim. I was so mad that I left and didnt even get the food I paid for. Theyre completely immoral and wrong. Will never go there again.

This place is a Joke, I generally dont like to leave bad reviews but for this place I am forced to write review so that other people can make right decision. They do not have proper cook, they use packets and counter pre-made sauce for chicken curry, chicken tikka or butter chicken or any Dal, You can not tell the difference between any of these dishes as they all taste sweet tomato sauce flavor. Do not order fish, it is from frozen box. They just micro it. This place has the worst service. You will wait and wait for one roti at a time. No standards and being run by few old mama after death of original owner. Quantity of dish is ridicules as it is served from small packets. Total RIP OFF.

Excellent value for price. Thali non veg is $8. Thats a big enough meal for a big guy. Sweet shop has good variety. Service is better than decent, never had to wait unless really busy. Lunch buffet one of better ones Ive been to in the area. Not sure where all the bad reviews come from, Ive been eating there for years and would not go back if it was not worthy of anything less than 4 stars. Noticed a lot if the one stars are just casual "Google user" so probably competitors taking pot shots.

I was there to buy some sweet and salty items, e,g.Bhujia. I bought Bhujia Paid $6 /lb, got home and find out it is old, stale and has a long black hair in package. It looks like was sitting on the shelf for a long time. Another thing I noticed while I waiting in the restaurant that there were boiled potatoes next to sink, and flies were all over these potatoes. This restaurant needs to be shut down, it is sub-standard in quality and has serious hygiene issues.

This is the best Indian food restaurant in a city that is no stranger to this cuisine. Mrs. K at Sees Candies recommended it to us and we are pleased she did. Davinda is the second of three generations to be owning this wonderful family restaurant. He took the time to explain some of the exciting recpies that we were served, all of them delicious. Support this place and have a great meal!

We ordered samosas from here (to-go) and I must say that these were the WORST samosas I had in my life. samosas were raw and tasted really bad and tasteless (with wired odour) My wife fell sick after eating them. We called them later to give them feedback about the food, and they were least concerned about the food quality. I wish I could give ZERO star.... stay away from this place.

I went to this place twice in last month, the first time it was a day of Indian festival, so I thought they were busy and tired so they could not give good service. 2nd time I went a couple days ago...the owner & cashier were rude and the food was terrible...I wanted to go and return, but it would be an extra trip and kind of service you get you do not want to go there.

I went to buffet and the price ($7.95) is cheap compared to the number of items. But the taste is not so good. The plate, spoons and the water glasses were not cleaned properly. We have ordered Chicken Biriyani and the biriyani was made using long grain rice..hmm quite upset when we opened the biriyani at home and the price we paid for the same.

This is a simple buffet but a good one. Sometimes its not about quanity but the quality. Its great selection of vegetarian buffet. They have meat, too. The sweets are great. The jelibe is THE BEST Ive had. The service is kind, too.

Had gobhi parantha and aloo parantha with raiyta. Aloo parantha was not that great but gobhi parantha was pretty decent. Raiyta is good. Host of restaurant was respectful and welcoming.

This place is horrible. Their buffet looks stale and looks like it was sitting there for awhile. Food taste like it was from a packet not a restaurant. They gave us DIRTY glass of water.

The goat Biryani was not at all good. The Biryani is worst. I saw today they were shouting at their customer which is ridiculous. Too much attitude. Never want to return to this place.

I ordered Alu Parota (Takeout) and a couple of deals. I had to wait for more than 25 minutes and repeatedly whether the order was ready. The Parota was not also very great quality.

The taste was awful... None of the items taste good in the buffet... Such a waste of money... Places near to this like ananda bhavan and paradise are much better for indian food...

I really loved their chicken tiki dinner. The food was delicious and spice was perfect. Had onions but you can take those out, it leaves a wonderful flavor.

I go there for sweets. Have not had a chance to try out their food yet! The place seems fairly okay and well maintained.

The food was really bad and I would recommend to save $ 20 for 2 peoples buffet and spend it on something else.
