If i could give Marco and the staff stars they would get 5 stars for being wonderful. The food here is horrific and expensive. This place wins the "worst meal Ive had in YEARS" award. All 6 of us were SO disappointed in every dish we had. My sister was SICK ALL NIGHT after eating their "special" of the evening. The $30 lamb chop dish is actually 2 lollipop sized chops with some apples and peas that wouldnt fill a 10 year old. The gnocchi special was nearly tasteless, and the $13 arugula salad was a pile of just that with raw white mushrooms, truffle oil, and about a cups worth of salt. Everything had either very little flavor or was salted to the point where you could hardly eat it. Maybe dessert will be better? Nope. The Creme brûlée had the consistency of curdled milk and the bananas with dark chocolate ($11 I believe) was minuscule. The portions of ALL of the dishes was comical. We will never return here. Do yourself a favor and eat at ANY other Italian place in the area.

We had a pleasant experience several years ago and decided to go back for our wedding anniversary. Sadly, we were very disappointed. Our waitress was very nice, but the kitchen was super slow. We waited a very long time for both courses and ultimately cancelled dessert because we got tired of waiting so long for a simple dish of fresh berries and cream. The waitress was apologetic and seemed embarassed. The food was good, but not great, certainly not worth the poor service, especially given the price. I ordered a vegetarian version of a dish and we were charged full price despite there being no prawns. Perhaps I got a larger portion, but the value was not there. Definitely a shame given that this was suppose to be a special occasion, which they were aware of because they asked when we first arrived.

We were curious after seeing the organic in the name of the restaurant. We went on sunday evening. It was slow. Very few people were there. Some old italian movie was playing on the tv. Rare wines were stored openly in the shelves exposed to sun light. Normally every restaurant stores their wines preciously. hot bread served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Didnt like the gazpacho soup because it was cold. primi lamb(was more like a curry) with green pasta(dont remember the name) was slightly raw. Grilled salmon was good. Lamb chops had less quantity of meat on each chop. May be really organic. dessert -- creme brulee was bad Mixed feelings about this restaurant.

Horrific experience. Rude waiter. As soon as my family sat down the waiter made a really rude remark to my 9 year old son. Everyone was shocked and his grandmother asked the waiter to repeat himself which of course he did. You dont start a nice meal with your child insulted (while everyone was still getting to their chairs) so we left at once. Ive never had the feeling dining here before that it wasnt a family friendly place but maybe this waiter thinks different when he sees a kid being seated at his table.

The food was just average Italian yet the prices are too high. The restaurant is very loud and noisy due to the acoustics of the room so it was extremely difficult to have a quality conversation. The servers bringing our main entree needed a lot more training in proper restaurant serving skills, since our server at least 3 times reached across the table to in front of our group to serve the main entrees rather than just moving to a better position to serve our plates.

I used to come here regularly, and stopped after moving on tosome nice spots in Los Gatos and Saratoga. I decided to give Tigelleria a try again with my new girlfriend. I was so disappointed. Service was slow before, but now the kitchen just cant keep up with a full house. Also the food seems so much more bland than I remembered it. Waitress was great, and it wasnt her fault. I recommend passing on this one until they get their act together again.

An amazing experience with a tipe of traditional cusine from the Modena region of Italy. This is the authentic Italian food youd find when going to Italy. Tigelle are small medallions of non-raised bread which are enjoied with dry-meats, salami, cheeses etc. Prepare yourself for slow food experience (like in Italy) as everything is cut, and cooked to the order. The nice wine selection will actually make your waiting even more enjoyable.

Really great pasta at this place...just really great. Small place, so reservations are advised. On a Tuesday, it was packed. The pasta isnt the only good thing here, so are the appetizers (charcuterie) and desserts (the Wildberry shortcake!). Expansive Italian wine list, but most are available by the glass (3 oz and 6 oz pours), which is nice.

Its the best Italian outside of the city. The branzini was favorite on our last visit. There is no competition for authenticity in the area. The people who dont like it here are simply not willing to pay the extra dollar for superior ingredients and quality. This is not for the Olive Garden lover, its for the sophisticated palate.

Ive been coming here for several special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries). Food is very well balanced, and seasoned. The octopus appetizer is really good. Pasta is homemade and fresh. Highly recommend. Its a nice, popular neighborhood gem, so make sure to make reservations

Our favorite Italian cuisine in the South Bay. Handmade pastas, and authentic Italian cuisine with attention to the freshness of the ingredients. The servers are knowledgeable about the foods and wines. A real neighborhood gem!

Excellent service. Not the traditional Italian food most are used to. The dinners we ordered were average, lacking flavor, and it was expensive. Its a good place for people who prefer their food organic. Good dining atmosphere.

The portions were tiny and the food was only so-so, especially considering the price. I ordered the wild bore sausage and they gave me 4 little 1/2 inch slices on top of rice. My husband ate the duck and was only half satisfied.

My wife and I ate at Tigelleria our first night in town. Everything was wonderful from the reservation process to the service and food. Viviana was a great server. She went above and beyond to welcome us to town.

I simply love this Italian Restaurant. It is charming and fun. The food is excellent. The owner frequents the floor and talks to everyone, making it even more special. We loved the movie they play on the way.

Lovely neighborhood restaurant with interesting twists on organic Italian food. Cocktails are mostly unique and delicious, and the wine list is decently long (almost all Italian wines) and on the pricy side.

Very nice place with excellent charcuterie and original dishes. Deserts have been a bit disappointing but still good, just a notch below the rest. Nice atmosphere, beautiful decor, sometime a bit noisy.

The food here is absolutely amazing. Make sure that you set aside plenty of time because there is no quick meal here. My biggest complaint is that an Italian accent does not make a good waiter.

Jem of a restaurant in Campbell. Food and staff are both excellent. Great menu with a cozy and romantic ambiance. I struggle to see how anyone could be disappointed here.

I like this place weve been here 3 times already. Each time the food was excellent and service top notch. Definately not cheap but its an experience for sure.
