Go here if you like being treated like an idiot. Ive been here a few times cause the sandwiches rock, but I am unwilling to give my hard earned money to anyone who treats me like crap. I went in on this last sunday and was ordering for myself and a friend. I wasnt sure what to get her so I was looking at the menu (there was only one other person in the deli who was eating in the corner) before I was ready she said rudely "are you ready!" I began to order and when I got to my friends order I didnt know which type bread so I asked her - she then quickly pointed up to the board where they are listed, I guess the six types are too many for her to remember. Then she asked me if I wanted a drink, assuming she meant fountain soda I said sure - she then quickly pointed to the drink refrigerator and said to choose from those and they are all different prices. I have never been treated so rudely, If I could give negative stars I would!

The person who took my order was very rude. I asked for the works with no mayo and received a sandwich with mayo on it. This could have been an honest mistake; however, when I brought it to the attention of the counter she acted like I had not made the request for no mayo. She did say that she would fix it. A few minutes later I received the same sandwich back with about a third of the meat pulled off and still having a fair amount of mayo on it. I went to the counter and asked a different woman if they could make me a different sandwich or just give me a refund and she was polite and did make me a new sandwich. I believe that this was bad service and the sandwich wasnt even that great. I would much prefer Newmans Deli just down the street.

I needed a place to meet for several hours with a client. I needed lunch, wifi, and an atmosphere where we could work and talk. I called ahead to see if they had wifi. The staff was very helpful, explaining where I could park, and confirming that they did have wifi. When I arrived, they helped me figure out the best location to sit with my client. The food was AMAZING. Absolutely AMAZING. The whole experience was fantastic, and I plan to go back to meet there with clients again!

Owner is RUDE, SNOBY, OLD ICE QUEEN! I have never been treated so bad. Food is overpriced and not worth it! The owner was so rude while taking our order that we should have walked out. She yelled at us for opening her umbrella wrong ... spend your money with people who appreciate you. NOT CRABBY OLD LADY WHO NEED TO BE ON MEDS!

Rubicon Deli is a little more expensive than your average sandwich shop around here but, let me tell you, the sandwiches are worth every penny. This shop has an amazing assortment of breads and flavors that Ive never found elsewhere. If youve never tried the sandwiches here, youre missing out. Change that today!

I love love love the Don Pastrami! I continuously attempt to replicate this sandwich in my home, but fail every time. It is not often that I can not improve on a meal that ive had in a restsurant and make it for myself at home...but this one, I can not!

Delicious!!! I got the jalapeño jack bread spicy tuna sandwich with potato salad. Really fresh really delicious!!! Great comfortable atmosphere for a good lunch!
