All I can do is compare this place to Seinfelds Soup Nazi. We just moved in to the area and wanted to get some good Chinese food for the family. I looked on line and found the menu for Asian Grill. They had the typical specials by number. So I ordered by number. when I got the food home I unpacked it and my two Mongolian beefs were Mongolian chicken. I called to complain about the mixed up and was told by the young lady that she repeated the order and I accepted it. I reiterated that I ordered by number so the mistake could not have been mine. I went in a short time later and talked to the owner and explained the situation. Not sure if he understood everything I was saying but the other gals standing there sure did. I told him I didnt want any free food, I just wanted him to understand that she should not have argued with a customer. I ate here two times since then without incident. Good food Good service. Tonight my wife decided she wanted Chinese so I called to ask if they had Peanut Chicken. I was having a hard time hearing the gal on the other line so I said I would call back. I tried to call several time but every time I dialed they picked up and hung up. I thought they were having phone trouble. My wife dialed from her phone and they explained that we were no longer welcome there. My wife chuckled and asked why? The young girl stated that it was because of "what happened at my last visit". As I mentioned we had been there two times since the bad experience. I explained this to the gal and she said that they no longer could service us....NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!...lol What kind of nut ball operates a business like this? THUMBS DOWN for Asian Grill....Plenty of other great Chinese restaurants out there folks...Ill make sure I let everyone I know about how you treat people.

Ordered shrimp Kung Pao and Mongolian beef for delivery. Got the Mongolian beef, but instead of Shrimp Kung Pao, we got a chicken Kung Pao. The receipt they gave us said Shrimp Kung Pao, but when we called to advise of the error, they said to just eat the chicken one. Not even exaggerating or joking. The lady that answered then tried to tell us the order was for chicken not shrimp. We told her the receipt itself says Shrimp. She then said to bring back the chicken Kung Pao, and we would get a refund. We advised that we ordered for delivery as we were not in a position to drive. Cutting the story short, we ended up with no shrimp Kung Pao, and the lady stated to call back tomorrow for a discount, and hung up on us. We didnt bother calling back.

For Werfam, you may need to check the batteries in your hearing aid: Asian Grill offers online ordering primarily because it services Sun Lakes; mean average cohort age of clientele about 70. For those born later in the 20th Century, get the Egg Foo Yung and the General Tsos. Any idiot can go get salmonella at Panda Express.

Best Chinese Take Out in the area! Very nice staff and Ive never had a mess up on my orders. This place is pretty far out of my way, and its entirely worth it. The food fills you up and tastes incredible, I cannot stress that part enough. Well worth the drive!

We cant even count the times weve had their food delivered. Our favorites: Chicken egg foo young, potstickers, and veggie fried rice. Weve also had sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, all are excellent. Delivered hot and ready to eat.
