I would give this place negative stars if I could. Its not the minimum wage employees faults I suspect. If corporate had any brains they would come down hard on management here and remove all the people letting this place be so poorly run. They would also do better to remove this franchise owner by force because he is single handedly got to be the biggest idiot ever to do business in the history of the market economy to let his business get this bad. I moved right next to this place a year ago and Ive been there a lot, always through drive-thru. There have been numerous times its taken over 20 minutes of idling to get my food and five times in less than a year that they were out of beef. Or the nacho cheese. Really thats like the whole menu. I used to go to this place once a week for a year. Now if I pull up and there is more than one person in the drive through I just go across the street McDonalds. Even if they have two lines out into the street Ill be out 4x faster. This location has lost hundreds just from me alone. The window workers have always been nice at least. Its not their fault. Three months ago the girl on the headset told me at the speaker it would be a 40 minute wait because they only had "one person on the line" ( there were 2 cars infront of me) I told her I couldnt back out of the drive-thru because of the two people behind me. She had to come out and ask the people behind me to leave. How embarrassing for this location, what a break down in basics has occured. Get a clue franchisee.

Not very keen on coming back to this specific location. They forgot a part of my order that I paid $10 for and seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of there asap. I told them three times that I wanted little to no sour cream whatsoever because I have coworkers that do not like it, myself included, but as were eating it theres a ton of sour cream in the tacos. The food altogether was mediocre at best, but the taco shells were smashed and it all seemed to be thrown together with no care at all. The taco bell at my hometown makes better food than this and has better customer service. I deal with nasty customers about their food and know how tiring it is but as a manager even I would not allow this food to be served to people. I regret spending my money here and not going somewhere else, like Wendys.

Would not eat here if it is late on any night. There is always an excuse for why they cannot service you. Started months ago with only allowing a few items ordered per car. Got worse with employees claiming they ran out of beef. This "ran out of stuff thing" was three nights in a row one week. Another day I pulled up and nobody answered at 10pm... sat there until another car came 5-10min then moved on.... One time I was told to come back In an hour, when I did come back 1.5hrs later the food was still unable to be served for another 20-30 minutes. Was just told tonight that they had to close down because someone gave counterfit money. I said I was paying with a card though and had ordered online and still did not get served.

Best customer service!! Attn: t-bell management. You have some awesome people here. Especially Jack. He has some of the best customer service I have seen in the fast food Industry and always makes you feel welcome and like a friend. Love this place Edit: I have not been fortunate enough to find myself returned to this location in a while however I can still say jack at this location still stands out to me as the best customer service I have received. Even with added years of of working customer service myself. If you guys still have jack employed I hope you treat him well. If he is no longer with you, well, than that is a sad loss for this location.

I specifically said no lettuce on both items that I ordered. The line was long. The drive-thru. So I get my food and I did not check it. I figured since I ordered and then I restated my order and even read it back to me and it was on the board I didnt think that I really had to check it so I get my food I open it up and what do you know theres lettuce on it and not only is their lettuce but the lettuce was frozen. I was so mad but like I said the line was long so I didnt go back I just wasted money

It is a miracle that this place is still in business. Theyve run out of ingredients by 6:30 PM on multiple occasions. How can you run a Taco Bell and not stock up on beef or nacho cheese? Its guaranteed that youll be waiting 20-30 minutes. Its obvious they dont understand the term "fast food". They have been short staffed every other time Ive tried to get food there. Only know that cause they give up all pretense and tell their customers they dont have staff. This...place...SUCKS.

My friend and I pulled up to Taco Bell at 7:10am, 10 minutes after it was supposed to have opened. We waited at the drive-thru for a few minutes with no response. I called their number to see what was going on, and the manager picked up. When I asked her when they opened, she said at 7, but that she was running late and it would be open at 7:40. 7:40? Really? How is this lady the manager when shes opening a chain restaurant 40 minutes late? Im unimpressed.

We never eat there, but wanted to try that frito burrito thing...wow, what a waste. We went in because the driveway was packed and the restaurant was dirty. Not a clean table in sight. They make the food wrong too. That frito burrito thing? Had like 5 fritos in ONE side. Rice was dry and overcooked. I thought it was just me, but both of our meals were this way. They dont care at all.

They are so bad that as i went though the drive thru they did not prepare my order and charged me for the meal of the next customer. Then instead of removing the charge off of my card they charge me again. i went to the manager with my statement in hand and they are refusing to reimburse me. They are a total ripe off...... Stay Away from this location......

We ordered 5 loaded potato grillers, the receipt says loaded potato grillers, why do I have 5 beefy nacho grillers? It wasnt busy it looks like staff was goofing around. I go to tbell when Im wanting a cheat day. This is ridiculous. As I ate a burrito I ordered it was cold! My friend ordered a burrito it was also cold. I live 3 blocks away from the location

Make sure youre workers know how to make correct orders please! They mess up a lot. Ive been there over 10 times and most of those time they screw up the order or make it look unpleasant. Please have better management that corrects your workers please. I gave a 1 star. I will change it once i see better food quality! Please and thank you!
