We sat down around 7 pm. Ordered some drinks. Placed an order. Server was busy chatting away other tables and didnt come by to refill our drinks. Half hour later she wanders over to tell us she lost the food order. Literally has to retake the entire order. Wait forever to only have a server spill the food as they bring it to the table. Manager pops by trying to cover the error with some sorry a portion of your order took a long time non sense. We dont end up leaving until nine pm. I was incredibly irritated with the fact that the server messed up, and the manager didnt do anything to make this a bit nicer. We even stuck around to taste a dessert, easy make good option there. First time visitor. Never returning. Food wasnt bad, but I wont be returning to a place that treats you like a herd of sheep just moving you along.

I want to love this place so bad... food and drinks are amazing but the service is ridiculously slow and horrible.... I have been here twice now and both times we were comped drinks as an apology but both times it took over 30 minutes to get a drink even when it was the 2nd round of drinks and it took over an hour for food. I ended up going to the bar to order our 2nd round since the NEVER brought it. By the time we got our food, my daughter was too tired to eat so I asked to get it in a to go box. Got home, opened it and the only thing they boxed was her side of fruit... thanks A-holes I just paid $10 for an entree of 3 peices of fruit! The mac n cheese is amazing but my suggestion is to order through postmates as the wait is not worth the food!

Best time to come is during happy hour. My friends and I always order several dishes to share. Favorites: Poke stack - Im a poke fanatic and this satisfies. Good portion as well. Calamari - Comes with marinara sauce and garlic lemon aioli. So good I randomly crave it sometimes. Truffle fries - Hit or miss. Sometimes its cold and stale but the servers will bring out a new batch if you ask. Spicy thai chicken pizza - Who knew spicy thai chicken would taste good on a pizza? Its interesting, definitely recommend! The only thing I wouldnt recommend is the garlic noodles. The plain noodles come with an overwhelming amount of oily vegetables. But still an overall great place for happy hour drinks and snacks!

We had a great experience with great food & great drinks. Unfortunately when we got home we realized we had left our daughters tablet at the restaurant. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Jim. He informed me the tablet was there and he would keep it safe till I could pick it up. Today we called a couple hours before the restaurant opened to see if we could pick it up and Jim was more than happy to assist. We arrived and Jim was waiting at the front door to deliver our tablet! Thank you Yardhouse and thank you Jim for the kindness and professionalism that restaurants strive for!

I was in Phoenix for a scientific meeting at the JW Marriott. I stayed in Phoenix for 6 days, 5 of which I ate at this awesome place. As a vegetarian, I was so happy with their extensive Gardein menu. In particular, I loved their cauliflower and their Gardein burger with Mushrooms. Their beer selection is amazing and the service is constantly excellent. I really urge you to visit this place especially if you are vegetarian and would like more than THE vegetarian dish option!

Great place to grab a bite to eat with the family. Great salads, I prefer Caesar and the wife prefers kale Caesar. Great sandwiches, chicken schnitzel and the Cuban. The Menu updates/rotates occasionally. The beer selection is great. Staff and management have been great to interact with. It will get busy, so expect a wait time if you go during a game or peak hours on the weekend.

Me and my son went here to celebrate his birthday and I was so disappointed with the service! We waited 10 minutes before someone brought our drinks and nearly an hour until we got our food served. The food itself was good, but almost an hour? Really? It was a Wednesday night, not really packed at all. Whoever the manager is needs to whip those servers into shape!

Huge drink selection, plus you can sit there on the patio and people watch the beautiful people that are walking out of Fashion Square. As for their food it is pretty good, their burgers are great as are their salads. The one negative is the service can vary greatly and the last time I went there they did mess up my drink and food order.

I use to come here frequently, but when I dropped by a couple days ago, the hostess girls were very rude and snobby. A girl named Avery walked me and my brother to a table and didnt say a word and looked super mad. The server seemed to be unaware of the menu items and overall my experience sucked. I miss the Yard House from a year ago.

Sarah was our waitress tonight, she gave us great service, even if she made me try a beer that I couldnt get in 1800 miles of here. We did happy hour and everything was fresh and amazing and inexpensive, two appetizers were 11 and I was sure she messed up and forgot something but no, just great happy hour specials!

This place has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Lots of room. Lots of different beers. Lots of beer glass sizes. Lots of menu choices. Lots of TV sports all going at the same time. Plenty of waitstaff to be there the moment you need them. Nice looking interior. Hey, I like this place! I recommend it to you.

First time there sat at the bar bartender very nice and helpful also they have happy hour which is always great I ordered a pizza from the happy hour selection and was gonna get another item but the bartender said it would be a lot of food had beer that he suggested and they have a great selection of beers

Live in Scottsdale and have dined at the Monarch since the original chef Christopher opened this culinary delight. The current owners have taken it to new heights with pure perfection as the goal...and they attained that in ambiance, food & service. Recently went there for my wifes birthday dinner.

We were in town for the weekend and ate here twice because the overall experience was excellent. Atmosphere is upbeat, beer selection couldnt get any better, service is top notch and the food is delicious!! The Yard house is consistent from location to location, will definitely visit again.

The service was slow which I understood to an extent because its busy on a Saturday. But the food was plain and bland. So I guess if you have no taste buds this is the place for you. Great place to drink, dont recommend eating here.

Located at Fashion Square Mall, right by the valet section, this venue has a huge drink (mostly beer) and food selection. And while I havent tried everything on the menu, Im pleasantly satisfied with my meal every time I come.

Service was excellent. Unfortunately, my girflriend and i both got food poisoning from the ahi tuna sandwhich and appetizer. :/ maybe the tuna (which is served raw) wasnt handled properly, but weve been sick from it all night
