I love Burger King food. I live in old town and this is the closest one to me which is still 10 minutes away from me. I hate this Burger King and have called corporate several times. Unfortunately, I had to stop going because management and corporate seem indifferent. I sent my 19 year old son to get dinner for all of us. He called me and told me they wouldnt sell him food because he didnt have ID so they could verify the card he was paying with belonged to him. I was livid so I went in there and asked my son to point to who the cashier was the one who refused service to him, My son had already told me that the manager backed up the cashiers actions. My son pointed the cashier to me but stayed outside. Without mentioning that they had just refused service to my son, i ordered the food. When I handed my card to the same cashier that refused service to my son, the cashier just took my card and swiped it without asking for ID. I then asked him why he didnt ask for my ID, the guy pretended to not understand English. I asked him to get the manager. I then motioned to my son to come in. When the Manager came she recognized my son and seemed a little puzzled. I then began explaining to her that she and her cashier had just refused service to my son because he didnt have ID. Without letting me finish she said "It is policy for us to ask for ID" I then said "OK, I understand that but I just paid for my order and your cashier didnt ask for my ID, can you understand my confusion?" The Manager did not know what to say and at this point I was very very upset. I told her that I could have been using someone elses stolen credit card and I would have gotten away with it. She couldnt give me an explanation as to why they did that to my son especially because we had already been in that burger king many times. I told her that if they were going by policy then I too should have been asked for ID.......This is not the only incident that occurred therefore we just stopped going all together. It was everything from wrong order to constantly having to go park and wait for our order after ordering through the drive thru. I will never give business to this Burger King nor any Burger King ever again!

If I could negative stars I would. This place is complete bs. well I was there I had to wait 30 minutes just for my 2 croissant Wichs and hash browns ! I asked the manager ALINO what he could do to fix this . His response was "I cant do anything to help you" and with attitude if I may add.. also when I was there 2 GROUPS left because no one would take there order. I saw them wait for 20 minutes in line with no one at the counter, 2 people came in saying that were told to wait from the drive through. One of them said they waited an hour and the other said it was 40 minutes. After having to wait 30 I do not doubt them !!!!!

Went in this morning get some breakfast and there was a gentleman on the Drive-through window. He was every pushing and didnt want to wait for me to look at the menu. Then I placed most of my order he asked if that was all I need today. I went to tell me that I would like a coffee. He then total me my cost for the food and told me to proceed to the next window without taking my drink order. When I told the lady at the window she told me sge was sorry and didnt offer to take my drink order niether. I have been to this locate many time and always a great experience but not this time.

I am sorry to say I am very disappointed with the 4 Whoppers I got at this location at 2 different times in the last 2 weeks. The tomatoes were liken to Roma size--2 small end slices on each--a smatering of chopped lettuce--2 outer rings of onion and few pickles. Somehow they didnt taste right. The frys were not crispy but rather soggy. I will no longer go to this store and will try another near my home in hope that my favorite fast food burger will be better at another location...I forgot to add I didnt get a receipt with both orders??

Worst experience ever had to wait 40 min for my food on top of that my food came out soggy and cold and they didnt give me my whole order I also noticed that a lady from the drive thru waited 30 min and this other gentleman was waiting for an hour I asked to speak to the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do about it if this is how they treat customers then thats just unhuman like

0 customer service skills. Pay $7 for a meal and got a 1 dollar burger by mistake. Went to get it correct it and didnt recieve an apology they were taking so long to just figure out my receipt and the persons excuse was that they didnt take my order. No ownership or customer service. I got frustrated and just left. I pretty much payed 7 dollars for a drink, fries and a headache.

Ordered a large number five. Got large drink. Got accurate burger. Got small fries with about 18 fries in it. This location is about 50/50 at getting the order right. Ive been coming here only as a desperation option for 3 years. Dont expect an accurate order. Always go inside as to avoid the un-gloved correction if you mention a mistake in the helplessness of your car.

They never seem to be paying attention when you order your burger have it your way is not a thing for this location today ordered a whooper with no sauces and when we get home the burger is made to default with all the sauces not the first time this has happened either

The workers seemed ignorant. They ignored the walk in customers over drive through. When I walked out and went through the drive through, they wasted another 10 minutes of my time before I left without making my purchase. Ill never go to this one again.

Lol i should of read the reviews first !! I signed up for a job got an interview signed papers they gave me a debit card but yet never called me in for work , i have bugged them like 30 times and no response, Burger King sure is great !! .

Terrible service. Nobody in drive through and still had to pull around to wait for them to cook 2 burgers. They then char the hell out of them so they were dry. After calling for resolution they were indifferent.

This Burger King is really clean and the staff is nice. They work fast to. I have a Burger King near me which I dont bother with, its horrible and drive 15 minutes to this Burger King here.

Sometimes they get too busy and forget to give you something, but its always worth it. I love the lady with the long blonde/gray hair. She is always cheerful and eager to help!

I seem to always get decent service here. I ate here the other day and they were on par with how a BK should be. Close to home and hasnt messed up big time yet.
