This is by far the worse experience I have ever had with Pei Wei. Ive ordered several times online and never any issues until recently. I tried to place an order twice and each time I was having issues. The first time I went in and ordered I requested my meal spicy and extra sauce on the side. She hands me spicy chile sauce on the side. The response I received was shes new she doesnt know. Instead of giving me the actual sauce I wanted on the side. Now today. I placed an order successfully online and head over to pick it up. Walk inside and guess what? No record of my order even though I have it on my app. The only response I receive this time is oh we have had issues with the app try calling us next time. I was just like this cant be life. So now I wait for a rush order. Get home and have burnt rice with my meal. I cant believe how the bad food has been lately.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT HERE. ORDERED MY FOOD TO BE PICKED UP. got there and was asked if I wanted chop sticks. I said sure assuming she had already placed forks and napkins in my bag. when I got back to work there was no forks, she forgot some of my food, and when I called back and said I never got my sushi, she said "okay well do you want it or not" I went to pick it up and the manager was up at the desk. he didnt as much as even acknowledge me and the same clearly challenged female hands me my food with no bag right into my hand. highly unprofessional. the manager had the balls to look up at the end and say have a good day sir. REALLY??

I called to order for pick up and I ordered 2 noodle bowls and then at the end of the phone call the guy told me it was an hour wait, so I said forget it. As we were driving by we decide to stop at Jamba Juice in the same plaza , and I notice its pretty empty inside. So I go in and ask how long the wait is and the girl tells me 5 minutes. So I tell her I tried calling and you guys said it was an hour wait, she said oh the wait time is actually at 20 minutes now. Like okay?? Seemed to me like they didnt want to take orders, which I wished the manager noticed. The girls working the front were clueless. Horrible customer service.

The food in this restaurant is consistently absolutely disgusting. If you order to go, it will sit cold, guaranteed. The service is unfortunately far worse than the food. I was in there one time about 30 minutes before close and the employee at the counter made me feel like the worst person on earth for coming in when it was slow because she did not want to work. I informed the manager at that time who was entirely careless and promised to give me my next meal free via mailed vouchers. I never got the vouchers. Skip this place, and let it rot with its food and bad attitude, childish employees.

Every single time we order ahead for pickup, they either screw up the order and give us something we didnt order or they completely leave something out of the bag! Every time they have excuses about being busy and while they offered to refund the item left out of the bag this evening, I felt compelled to speak up because this isnt rocket science and Im tired of being nice about their screw ups. Its inconvenient to come back so they can get it right! Read the order slip and place the items in the bag... Am I missing something?!?

Ive never been a fan of this place. There is something about the food that just doesnt do it for me. The crispy potstickers were kind of disappointing. They were too crisp but maybe thats a bias opinion since I love steamed dumplings much better. They have that fancy fountain drink dispenser that you get to choose from many different drinks and even mix them if you like. For two regular meals, appetizer and one drink, the cost was around $28. The food was just okay but it was fast and enough to fill your belly.

I have been going to this Pei Wei since it opened. Lately the TO GO people are a little rude and short. They stand around on their cell phones and wait for the food and then make you find your own utensils. That may be fine but they are smack dab in the middle of the registers as people are ordering so you stand there waiting while your food gets cold. The Teriyaki has always been a favorite but it is very dry and there is not a speck of extra sauce. Might as well go to Samurai Sams with lots of sauce.

Asian food with a flare sooo good. This place gets busy during the lunch hour come early and avoid the crowd however even when it’s packed you get the order in and out quickly. I’ve never waited for a table, nor the wonderful food and I’ve never been disappointed with any of the dishes or bowls. Every item on the menu is great the hard part is deciding what to order and every item is my favorite. Priced right, excellent food, quick service, friendly atmosphere.

I got food poisoned here TWICE. The first time was off their crab meat. The second time, their Orange Peel Chicken. If the cooks dont understand how to properly wash their hands and/or prepare food, they shouldnt be able to work at all. Im not usually so ruthless, and I even tried to give them a second chance on the off chance that the first time was a fluke, but any place that consistently manages to poison me needs to be shut down.

C’mon whoever runs or owns the place please pay a particular attention to your service staff they are unwelcoming to certain type of customers unfamiliar (new) customers. Probably one of the basic principles of business success is expanding your service to new customer base. Great food convenient location but don’t lose the business of new clients. A piece of advise keep an eye on your service staff.

Called and ordered it to go. Then when we showed up to get our food they had a supposed no record of it. The girl took my name, gave me a total and tild me what time it would be ready. I double and tripple checked that I called the right location. Not fun waiting for food when you were already hungry to begin with and had to wait all over again for our food to be made. Crappy service!!!

Have been a loyal Pei Wei fan for many years. My only issues are the food is inconsistent sometimes even at the same restaurant , and also lately I noticed a change in one of my regular dishes. I wish they would have posted that the dish had been modified (so then I could have ordered something else) Also, their health inspection ratings need improvement.

Just Ordered a to go order, got back to work with food and Jose the manager was arguing with me about the order and that I was lying.... Moron, no wonder this location isnt doing good! No dressing with salad, wrong chicken with order no utensils and the manager told me he is the one who bagged it and I am wrong! Awesome manager!
