I read these positive reviews and I was optimistic. The staff was very friendly but our order was completely wrong. We ordered orange chicken (which spilled everywhere because they drowned it in sauce and it was soggy) sweet and sour chicken which we didnt get instead we got over cooked seaseme chicken. We ordered crab cream cheese wantons, which none of them had crabs. We ordered shrimp noodles which was a wet ball of cabbage with no noodles and 3 shrimps. For some reason they gave us soup which was a disappointment itself. When ordering on the phone I was rushed which I didnt take personal I figured they were busy, the person told me my order was $35.32 but when we got there we were charged over $50. They read back our order and it was correct so we figured the guy was wrong, they were not busy, there was no one there at all. I wont be going back.

An experience like no other. You serve and cook your meal at your table. All ingredients are fresh and on plates that the staff count to know you bill at the end of your meal. It is a small place and gets crowded so go on off hours and with an appetite for fresh oriental food and not the fastfood type you get at other restaurants. If you have ever visited a fondue restaurant this is similar in concept but faster since the food doesnt take as long to cook.

I dont know how everyone has given this restaurant such high ratings. The food is average but the customer service is not. I had the kung pao chicken it was swimming in sauce the flavor was okay. I asked to sub some things on the lunch menu and you thought I was there to rob them. Ask for a small bowl of hot and sour soup and it is only sold in a large bowl. This was the second time Ive eaten there and I turned around and walked out.

This is a fun place to eat, it has a "little diner" feel. The food is good, its not going to blow you away but it is honest. Fresh produce, good meat and big portions. I always get the Kung Pow Chicken, it is very tastey. I work a couple of miles away and we have been going here for over 10 years. If you are in the mood for something different, come hit up the New Dragon Diner.

We ordered take out and it was by far the least flavorful Chinese I have ever had. I had to call back to find out if they had screwed up my Hot and Sour soup order because it was so mild and had eggs in it. They said it WAS Hot and Sour soup and that their eggdrop didnt have as many veggies. Absolutely horrid I will not order there again!

This is a family owned restaurant. We have been going to New Dragon Diner since it opened. We love the food and the prices. We usually get take out. We have eaten in a few times and the service is great. Just a simply decorated, quaint and charming restaurant. Very clean and good seating.

Good food and great portions for the price. We ordered the family meal for 2 with kung pao chicken. There was easily enough food to feed 4 people. The chicken had great flavor with not to much spice. The dining area was clean and well lit. Customer service was fast and very friendly.

Me and my boyfriend go here all the time. The best Chinese food in west Jordan. They always give us soo much food, appetizer are all fantastic. The food is always hot, almost too hot. The owners are nice, and remember us. If I want good Chinese we go here :) Highly recommended it!!!!

Weve been coming here for years! The owner can seem a little gruff at first, but hes an amazing guy and he works hard. Kung Pao chicken, sesame chicken/ beef, lo mein, chow mein, chicken noodle bowl, and the cream cheese wontons are all favorites! Some of the best egg rolls Ive had.

Best prices, A TON of good quality food, and its always piping hot. Ive loved going here for years now, for about $6 youll get an awesome combination plate that will have so much food, youll have enough for at least one more full meal the next day!

This is by far the best Chinese food around. We have been going here for years and cant describe how much we love the place. Our favorites dishes are Kung Pao Chicken and Sesame Chicken. The rice and noodles are also great. Highly recommended!
