To go through all the great tastes of an In-N-Out would take more space than alloted here, so lets just put it in simple terms - Yum. The beef is fresh, the fixings are fresh, crispy, and have good flavor. Be ready for a busy restaurant so order and then look for a seat. After youve done eating tidy up the table and move so others can eat. Weve eaten at several In-N-Outs and this one was one of the cleanest, and fastest service locations weve enjoyed. The staff was very helpful to customers with questions about the menu and were cranking out orders as fast as humanly possible. Certainly a favor ate of ours when we visit Mesa - and of course it goes with out saying, get it animal style.

Im unsatisfied, I requested 2 side of protein style lettuce and received chopped lettuce, and when I came back up to the front to ask for Protein Style lettuce it was denied and explained "We cant becuase were short on lettuce". So I observed other customers and someone came upon asking for protein style lettuce and she didnt hesitate to had her the side of protein style lettuce. I will never again come visit this In n Out ! Usually they have great service but the employee that have working is usually there and normally very rude . Even when asking for a side of there spread. Her name is Dusty. I bet she discriminates Hispanic.

If you go between 12pm to 3pm theres a crazy long wait and Im pretty sure they give you old food thats been sitting around. Theres no way that an order of animal fries would get that cold and gross in the amount of time I was waiting, it was as if they had been sitting on the counter for 2 hours. Its probably because they get slammed for the lunch rush, but still dont keep old food laying around throw it away. If you go from 6pm to closing time the food is usually on point even if youve been waiting 20 minutes in line .

I like that In-N-Out focuses on quality and consistency rather than variety. Sure, I can add mustard or get my burger without tomatoes but I pretty much know exactly what Im going to order and its going to taste the same whether Im here or in SoCal or Salt Lake City. The service is fast and friendly and the food is always fresh and its CHEAP. When I want something fancier Ill go elsewhere but the perfected simplicity of In-N-Out holds a special place in my heart.

Great food as always at in-n-out. This place can get really busy on Sundays around noon. That is usually when I go. Probably averaging a 10-12 minute wait at that time. Any other time I have been here the wait is minimal. The things I look for in fast food are: Good food: ✔ Friendly service: ✔ Clean: ✔ Fast: ✔ Dont mess with other lower quality options when you are in the area.

Good food, simple menu. A focused burger place that make a decent burger for a good price. This is true value for a hard earned dollar. Clean, well run and very busy. Servers are quick but friendly. I like it a lot for the occasional burger, fries and soda (number 3). Veggies are fresh and crisp. Well done!!

I am usually satisfied with the food products at In-N-Out, but today the hamburger looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a couple of hours. I was not happy, but I didnt take it back because I went through the drive thru and, after getting home, I didnt want to drive back to return the food. Disappointed!

Not your everyday fast food place - In-N-Out Burger is a cut above. The staff here at the Stapley location seem brighter, more motivated - not what you would expect at a fast food place. And the tomatoes, lettuce, and onions on the burgers seem a little crisper than other places. A very yummy burger for the price.

This place is always busy, but thats not a bad thing. Food is cheap but it is good. They typically cook the burgers about a medium but if you are a weirdo like me you can ask for it to be well done. I usually go for a well done hamburger with some well done, "animal style", fries.

Good In-N-Out. Only downside is it is pretty much always packed, drive thru and inside, I think because its right off the freeway. So im sure a lot of people come who are not living super close. Great service, just expect a wait if youre going for the drive thru.

1/11/17: 4/5. Double double meet was colder than it should have been. I went thru the drive thru really fast cuz there wasnt a line, I paid, and then waited longer than usual to get my food. Im guessing while I was waiting the meat was getting cold.

Awesome place and food!! They never have gotten my food order wrong. I have never had a problem with one of the workers. Its always clean. The only downside is they take a long time ti make the food but its expected because the lines are so long!!

Food was fresh and hot, ...wrsther was just...hot. took a little long to prepare but was worth the wait. Restaurant was uncomfortabley warm but it was 107° outside so hell, they could have cooked the burgers on the sidewalk if they wanted to :)

Standard in and out Fair. I was impressed with the quickness friendliness and intelligence of the staff. Our burgers were very good and got to as quickly. The place was very, very busy. That might be why the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty.

Great food, great price. fast, clean and friendly staff. Fresh fast food. Had a double double animal style. Very tasty and messy. Fries were fresh cut and pipping hot. Shake was made to order and tasted like a classic shake.

While not being a huge "burger connoisseur" I do appreciate the atmosphere and experience that In-N-Out Burger has created. You get an authentic 50s kind of feeling when you go there and its a fun place to take the kids.

Quick place to get burgers and quick food. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is also a great place for families to enjoy a lunch. Best part is that the food pricing is very reasonable. Drive thru is available.

Man, they really pack on the onions! Looked like they had packed a salad in between the buns. The burgers were well done and seasoned and the fries werent greasy or too salty. Would definitely go here again!

Sure the waiting line is a little long for a drive through but its still worth it for the delicious burgers that arent heated up from freezers like McDonalds. Animal style fries are the best. Hands down.
