Went in was going to get the all you can eat shimp but the host told us they were very small so instead we ordered the 2 dozen shrimp because he said they were a lot bigger. When we got them I went back up to the host and said how big are the all you can eat vs. this? Our waitress said they were the same size. Also I showed the guy (host) coupon on my phone and he said hed honor it and did not. WHAT HAPPENED TO SIZZLER? Had to go through many plates to find a clean one. The buffet selection was horrible as well as the food. I used to be a cook at the one in Cottonwood AZ and people used to be excited to go to Sizzler. Remember the movie White Men Cant Jump? "We going Sizzler, We going Sizzler!" The chicken wings were hardly definable as chicken. If they were they were mangled chicken. The chocolate pudding looked like some light brown old gravy. And tasted horrible. the bathroom was small and smelled like an old unkept bars bathroom. They must be paying to get the ratings they have because it should be a 1 if that. I could see the disgust in other peoples face as well. As we left they said dont forget to retain your receipt for 10% off next visit, I said yah, dont think thatll happen as checked the door. PLEASE FOLKS SAVE YOUR MONEY, DONT DAMPEN THE MEMORY THAT SIZZLER ONCE WAS, KEEP THAT IN YOUR HEAD. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Im super pissed off about my experience today. To start, they gave my daughter a dirty glass! Looked like it had butter in it or something. They gave her a Styrofoam cup and I let that slide. Then the most disrespectful thing occured. My glass was empty for a while and just had ice in it after I finished my lemonade. When the waitress finally came by she asked "what are you drinking maam, water?" I said "no its lemonade". Her tone change, she was looking at my glass and she said "lemonade?" And I said "yes lemonade." I thought that was strange but I didnt say anything further. She came back with another glass of lemonade and I said "thank you." However, as she was walking off with my empty glass she proceeded to shake my glass trying to look through the ice to check if I was lying about what I was drinking! I could not believe that she was doing this! I immediately got a manager but all he did was apologize and give me $10 off for next time! I am so disgusted with this place they can take that insulting coupon and.... well you know! Anyway, I will never be visiting that place again! S/N I know she would not have been looking through my glass if I werent for the fact that Im black! However little does she know, I am a business owner and am working on my doctorate degree and I dont need to steal no damn lemonade!

When you order a meal and pay $13.00 for it you would hope that it comes to the table as.more.than an over cooked slab of chicken on a dry bun... My husband was using an anniversary coupon for a free chicken entre, it did not say anything about restrictions and when he was paying for the remainder of out otder.he was told the salad bar did not come with his order... he explained that right on the wall it says ALL entres include salad bar but the server refused to listen and got a manager who came and told us that he would not include it, when my husband asked why it wasnt posted.this way and why it didnt specify that on his coupon, the manager.looked him in theface and said because that is what I say so that is how it is... we made the best of the rest of our dinner but when we asked if we could simply buy an ice cream cone for desert, we were told not unless we bought a salad bar side. WHAT? We got home I emailed Sizzlers.corporate and told them of the experience, in return all I got was an email saying someone would look into it. Never heard anything back !! Horrible customer relations... and very poor attitudes in that place !!

I used to like sizzler a lot more. But their prices have gone up and also as much as I understand that servers working for money & appreciate tips, but I hate to be bugged by repeated and pretentious demonstration of care and “is everything okay?“ type of questions, just because someone is trying to make extra tips I get irritated because I am being bothered while I wished to be left alone to eat my food and somebody is insulting my intelligence by thinking that his or her pretentious acting is really fooling me. Look, I fully understand that you are at work and trying to survive and you will get some tip from me and if someone else is not a tipper then you are not going to get tip regardless of your show. So nowadays I rarely go to sizzler.

Eew. Ordered a steak and chicken with salad bar that i was going to share with my 9 year-old, cuz she doesnt eat much. They made me purchase a child salad bar for $5.00. Which is fine i guess, but a little ridiculous-because all she was going to eat was the chicken. Ended up costing close to $30 just for me and my kid. I was exhausted from driving and errands and didnt feel like leaving and driving around to find another restaurant. So..... Chicken was ok, but my steak tasted like bland freezer-burned ground beef. Totally bland. Told the server it didnt taste good (in a very polite way!) And asked if maybe i could get just another chicken instead of the steak. He said he didnt think so lol!! So, thats that.

Ordered a 6 oz sirloin well done & had to send back 3 times. When it came back the 4th time it was FLAT..but crispy done. However the baked potato they replaced (even though I hadnt touched the original one) was raw. I found the manager myself and explained to him what happened. His reply was "Ill talk to the kitchen and see whats going on". He didnt offer any discount or anything. We also know the guy beside us sent his back 3 times as well. This was one of my favorite places and was a birthday dinner that took a 45 minute each way drive. For $70 for 4 people I expect better. I probably wont be able to talk my husband into going back.

Good value, great salad bar. The steaks and shrimp, etc. are okay, but the $10~ salad bar is not bad. A ton of fresh veggies, three types of greens (spring mix, spinach, and romaine), several dressings, and toppers like boiled egg, bacon bits, seeds, peas, olives, cheddar, bleu cheese crumbles. All taste pretty fresh. Also, the salad bar come with the hot items on the buffet, such as chicken wings, potato skins, and a taco bar. So for $10 plus a drink, its a good value.

I went here for a quick lunch with a co-worker. The hot food was fine but a prepared salad was very warm. I complained to the server who said someone was just here to fix the cooler on the salad bar. I asked if she could replace it and I got a stare. I paid good money and felt as though they did not care. They said the stuff is cold on the other side but I did not want a lettuce salad. No Im sorry or anything. Sad I like Sizzler.
