I started out loving this place. I work in the Millrock office buildings within close proximity. I have been here upwards 10 times or so and often get food to-go, usually in the evening when leaving work and occasionally at night around 8-9 PM. On multiple occasions my orders have been incorrect, and while they are accountable for their actions, mistakes keep being made. On one occasion we ordered food to go and they brought it to us as if we were eating there. An easy issue to correct but required minimal attention to detail as we were one of two couples there. Another time I ordered their Yard Bird salad and the salad simply had no chicken. For an establishment called "Rustic Chicken", this is a very big detail to miss. They corrected this issue thankfully. The final mistake and the reason for this review is I ordered another Yard Bird salad, and when I got home and opened it up, no chicken was found on the salad again. After calling Rustic Chicken a second time to inform them this is the second occasion I have not had chicken, I was offered a free dessert or I could come in and get the chicken. For an establishment to continuously make these mistakes that are so easy to avoid, I hope they can modify how they approach service in the future.

Today was my first time trying this place. I thought the chicken was really good. After dining-in I decided to purchase a whole chicken to go for my kids to eat later on. The cashier asked if I would like it quartered. I thought that was pretty awesome. So please explain to me why I ended up with three wings and one leg? Last time I checked a whole chicken came with two legs and two wings! Im feeling a little-ripped off! Thanks but no thanks! Update: Of course I called, I spoke with Ty. He assured me that it is not a common practice, and offered a replacement. As I mentioned before the chicken is really good, so Ill give Rustic Chicken another try.

This was our first visit to the Rustic Chicken, but it wont be our last. The food is made right there, the recipes are actually right on the wall! I knew exactly what I could eat to avoid my allergies. We shared the special, which included a cookie, which I couldnt eat. They let us have a huge, incredible Rice Krispy treat instead! They talked to us while we were eating and mentioned their favorite sauce as well as the most popular sauce. They gave us a while other serving of chicken to try them out. So good!

The staff has always treated me very well. I enjoy the rustic club. The decor is nice. I find the rest of the food that I have tried to be perfectly acceptable, but not overly remarkable. Portion-size is great, especially for a business lunch where you dont want to be gorging yourself. Ive got a big appetite and I never leave hungry. I wish they had a dish that truly sets them apart from other locales. If such a dish does exist, I havent found it yet.

Great casual dining. The bf and I ate here for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, delicious food, and generous portions. I had the Cobb salad and he had the 1/4 dark meat chicken with brussel sprouts and roasted potatoes. The chicken on my salad was wonderfully seasoned and really made the salad unique. The rotisserie chicken and brussel sprouts were also very flavorful. We will definitely be back.

The chicken was good and seasoned well but with more white meat than I expected for a dark portion. The amount served was definitely good for the price. The potatoes that were served as a side came older and cold. The hipster salad and Brussels sprouts were the best parts of the menu for our party. The dipping sauces were enjoyable as well.

I ordered a sandwich which you would think is decently sized for the price you pay but when I got it, it was a glorified grilled cheese with some chicken in it. I also got the rice crispy treat and I couldnt even take more than a bite because it was stale. Never going here again.

From what others at work have said they love this place, but I have found it ok. I had a chicken plate and it was not good at all. Very little flavor and dry overcooked chicken, but perhaps it was a bad luck of the draw. The rice bowls seemed better and had good flavor.

This restaurant has very good food. Everything on the menu is pretty chicken focused (obviously) but theres still a lot of variety. The service is fast and the food is prepared quickly. They have excellent sandwiches, salads, and their side dishes are very good too.

So glad to have something so yummy 2 minutes from our house! Food was fresh and delicious. Fairly priced. This will be our new go-to. Only complaint- no Dr Pepper for my husband and I was freezing the whole time. But the food made the shivering worth it.

I had the Gringo salad, and it is one of the best salads, if not the best salad, Ive ever had. The rolls were decent and cheap if you need extra filling, but a salad by itself is plenty. Staff seems cheerful, and the atmosphere is nice as well.

When I asked my wife is she wanted a taste of my dish she said "I dont know if you can afford a bite". That about sums things up. Extremely small portions for what you pay, and tastes like something I could wip up at home without much effort

Just moved to this area. Love chicken and knew in had to try it out. The food was amazing and healthy. Staff were very nice and going up and beyond what they need to, to make sure your experience is a good one. Highly recommend!

Good food. Had breakfast and lunch and both were fantastic. They have several options for gluten friendly. They are not a specific gluten free facility but are good at preventing cross contamination. Wish I had one in Colorado.

Love this place. We have had it brought in for lunch a couple times and it was very good. Had breakfast in the restaurant today and it was very good. Carrot cake oatmeal was rad. Breakfast sando was amazing too.

The interior was nice and clean and the staff was very courteous. However the chicken was good but just not as flavorful as expected. Once day Ill probably try it again just to make sure it wasnt and "off" night.

This establishment is amazing! Definitely one of my favorite secret spots. Recently opened so this place will start to get crowded. Samurai Cowboy Rice Bowl was a great choice. Service was outstanding.
