We just had dinner at the Red Lobster in Chandler Arizona and our waitress was Theresa.Right away she made it known that there was some confusion with who was supposed to be waiting on our table.Honestly we did not even think it had bin a long time and we were still deciding what to eat anyway.She went out of her way regardless to make sure to make up for this when again we didnt see it as a big deal.My wife and i had both been in the restaurant industry before and both waited on tables and understand how things like this sometimes just happen. Again we did not see it as a big deal anyway. I have always been a fan of Red Lobster anyway but today it was all about the exceptional service we received.I made sure to compliment Theresas performance to the manager on staff as I am doing now here.Thank you Theresa, on this night you are greatly appreciated. Small family gathering at Red Lobster for my daughters for 21st birthday dinner as she requested. We were asked to wait to be seated, (party of 8). It took 20 minutes to get seated with hardly anyone in the place and no one else waiting to be seated!! It was Monday Nov. 26th 2012, a slow night for Red Lobster should not mean a slow night for a family dinner. NO EXCUSE! The food was definitely not up to par and when it was time to sing happy birthday there was no dessert for my daughter! no candle..... not even a bowl of ice cream! It was very embarrassing. There is only one 21st. birthday. We were extremely disappointed to say the least as it has always been one of our favorite restaurants. It was previously good quality service and food until now. I wont be going to that particular Red Lobster location again.

The rock lobster was tough, the vegetables they served were gigantic squash with seeds in them, and they were soggy, and shouldnt have been served in a nice restaurant. The steak was the most flavorless steak Ive ever had, (steak and lobster plate). The waitress left us alone for 20 minutes without checking on us, (and its hot outside!) and we had no water (or biscuits ):). We ordered an additional Maine lobster to share the plate, and that lobster was so tiny, it was ridiculous. We eventually asked another server for water, and our waitress finally, finally brought water (and biscuits(:). It was $80. for the two of us with appetizers and tip. We expected better service and food from Red Lobster. Get a coupon and go elsewhere.

While the food is absolutely awesome here, they make you wait at least 15 minutes, even in weekdays, while the restaurant is HALF EMPTY! I would not believe if I had not seen with my own eyes, we waited for over 15 minutes and in the meanwhile I took my child to the restroom, I saw that both "wings" were completely empty, and the middle of the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. Waiters were walking as if they were taking a stroll on the seaside promenade. I guess they do not want to have business...at least three times we have left because wait time was 30-45 minutes, we just dined at another restaurants....

If you want to eat at Red lobster go any Red Lobster location but this one. With a 7pm reservation it took them more than 1hr to seat us! When I try to talk to the manager she was so overstressed and very rude by saying "what do want me to do? SHOW ME WHERE DO YOU WANT ME TO GET YOU A TABLE!! SHE IS THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS. I have to say that Red Lobster is a great restaurant with very delicious Menu, but this manager shouldnt be representing such of great chain of restaurants. Matt, our server was great, thank you Matt for turning our birthday celebration dinner to happy end!

Food is good. Piss poor service is what bothers me. First time I ordered from here the male bartender was rude as can be. Immediately following my departure I came to find out he didnt even give my girlfriend her salad, shouldve known something was up since he didnt even confirm my order to me! I called and complained. I was awarded a credit for the gift card I felt I wasted and today 1/16/17 I decided to put it to use and once again I was not let down with the meal but the service was once again mediocre. Honestly people if you want better all around service just hit up longhorn across the street!

Yuck, the food is loaded with salt, salt, more salt, and butter. Its so salty you have to keep drinking water so you dont get a kidney stone. I invited a vegetarian friend but found out they only have salad and coleslaw. Really? You dont have at least one dish? Most places will usually make anything veg, not here. Seriously though, stop putting so much salt on the biscuits! They were great before! The waiter was okay. He couldnt help us with making a veggie pasta. I would rather drive to California for real seafood.

Ordered turf for the wife and surf for me.. server warned my wife its very peppery. Mine was soooo delicious cooked just right, wifes steak was cooked perfect and peppery and she could only eat one bite.. the only words to the server were yup its peppery allright.. next thing we know the manager is there letting her know its taken off and gve us a togo box to take home. So I had surf n turf for lunch the next day :-) Ill be back red lobster!

The food was wonderful. Pictures were taken and posted on Facebook because we had a double birthday that we were celebrating today. Both the 18 year old and the 60 year old were happy and as best we can ask for! And our waiter was awesome! When the second half of our party was an hour and a half late getting to the restaurant, he really took care of us and didnt complain and definitely earned the 20%+ tip we gave him.

For a Sat night I understand therell be a wait but it was ridiculous to wait for over 40 mints for our food to come out. The waiter showed more attention to the table next to us because it was a party of more than 8 people, the last time I checked we all pay with the same money. My wife is allergic to gluten & even though we mentioned there was no reassurance that her food was not cross contaminated.

Wife ordered a steak. The steak was too chewy for my wife. I let the waiter know what the problem was and they made a new steak for her. The GM came over letting us know that 5he steak was being remade and gave us another baked potato. The GM came out with the steak 5 min later and waited for my wife to cut and take a bite and that it was up to par. This is my red lobster of choice.

Went there for lunch. The food was very good, however I got a piece of a plastic brush Bristol caught in my throat. The manager said it was from the brush they use to put butter on the lobster pizza I ordered and would not harm me. But it took me two days to get the feeling out of my throat. They took it off the bill but I think they could have done better.
