The service was not up to par and the food was horrible. When we went to order for the all you can eat shrimp, we were thrown off when we asked for the coconut shrimp and was told they were out. So we scrambled to find other choices we liked. That should have been our first clue to just get up and leave. The waiter filled my husbands raspberry lemonade with iced tea and walked away fast enough before we caught it.... Took another 5 minutes to grab his attention. He did fix his mistake but then he threw us off again when he brought our food out and started talking about sampling other things and how he was going to put in 2 orders each. We assumed he meant he would come back and take our orders for what other shrimp we want, 2 at a time each. Nope, he brought out literally 2 of everything. Nice gesture but we hated half the options on the menu and wouldnt have ever ordered it ourselves. We ended up wasting it because the quality of the food was poor. About half way into our meal I got about 5 shrimp that tasted very ocean sea water like. After that, I felt nauseous towards the end of my meal. The manager showed up and looked at us but never came to our table. I would have loved to have thrown up her poorly cooked shrimp all over her shoes. But instead we drove 2 blocks away and I had to tell my husband to pull over.no, I did not over eat the shrimp because it was already gross tasting. We just forced it down what we could to get our moneys worth/full. Needless to say after this trip, red lobster has lost our business for good. It had been a while since we had been there, now we remember why. Food quality is poor for the price. Red lobster isnt what it used to be. The only business they will get of mine now is the box of red lobster biscuits at the store. Good luck red lobster. You were good 10,20+ years ago, I dont know what happened.

My husband and I had dinner at this Red Lobster the day after Christmas. I had purchased 400 dollars in gift cards prior for the holiday and had one left over and decided while in the area we would try this one. Very bad choice. We love Red Lobster and have went to many over the valley but the service we got was HORRIBLE. Took 15 min to even be acknowledged the food was cold never got refills and when it was time to go my husband literally had to stand up for 5 min to make someone else aware that our server was no where to be found. Our bill was 75 bucks between the two which is to be expected but when paying that kind of money you should be well taken care of. I then called the manager on duty that night to be told that he was unavailable and taking messages. I left a message and was NEVER called back so I then called in and left another message for the GM. She promptly called me back the next day and was very friendly and attentive to the situation and said she would happily send us another gift card so we could give another server a chance to change our minds about this location. Unfortunately that never happened. Its been now 2 weeks since we spoke and I have not received anything in the mail. Really second guessing getting gift cards next year for Christmas or even at all at this point.

Mothers Day service was horrible. Why would you not have all your workers at work before you open. We arrived at 10:45 am and had to wait until 11:40 am before we were seated. There was only one side of the restaurant with customers and the other side had no one seated in that area. Advice to Red Lobster Manager. Mothers Day is the busiest day of the year. It would be nice if your restaurant was prepared for the crowd before it gets so busy. You should think of having your employees to arrive to work early and be ready to assist all customers.

Hostesses and wait staffs was wonderful! Overall the place has a wonderful fill. We waited 30 min for our waiter to come back after he took our orders. After 30 min he never came back to check with us if we need anything else or at least bring us our salad or our biscuits. ... something. ... we just walked out. We saw how fast the other patron across from us was getting their foods drinks..... We sat there like we had an invisible clothing on or something.

The Lobsterita was "too waterey." She even had a hard time transferring it too the table, because it wasnt even frozen, I complained to the waitress, and she just "sighed..." She came back, finally frozen, like the pic, but, it didnt have the flavor I wanted like last time. She said, because its frozen, there is no flavor. I showed her the pic, in their menu, and I said, "Look, its red AND its frozen!"

Customer service was great, but the food wasnt as good as it normally is,and I have been going there since 2009 the bisquits tasted like nothing, my ceasar salad tasted like nothing my clam chowder soup tasted like nothing and the garlic shrimp tasted like nothing, my pina colada drink tasted like it had no alcohol at all the waitress was very nice, and she did excellent but the food was tasteless

The food was awful, The steak had no flavor they put about a teaspoon of rice on our plates. The salad was poorly prepared it was not fresh we got the core of the lettuce with a few tomatoes saturated in Ceasar Salad Dressing. We had a great waiter but he had the biggest booger I ever seen in his nose. My family and I will never go back there again.

Went here with my family two nights ago around 8 pm, there was no greeter to seat us. The bartender said she would be right there and talked to a patron, once we were seated our waitress was very sweet. We ordered alot of food and it was all delicious, the 4 course meal is the best deal but the crab legs are also delish.

First time in a while at a Red Lobster. My last several visits to other restaurants had been disappointing, but received a gift card, and this is where we used it. Very glad we did, as the food and service were both outstanding. This was a redeeming effort from a well organized staff.

it was a Friday night and an impulse stop in for dinner, the parking lot was packed but there was no wait and the staff seemed on point that night! that was the second time Ive eaten there the last time I drank and ate at the bar. both times were quick courteous and no complaints!

The waitress was very rude and non-sociable. She didnt smile she was very bad. The general manager help us the rest of our stay and gave is great service. Thats stuff u cant teach, so big ups to her because her waitress was horrible 75th ave. Other than that the food is fab.
