Just had the worst, over priced lunch of my life. I doubt they will let me do no stars but I will try. If I have to click 1 star, know that its a lie. The cole slaw had NO FLAVOR. The cheddar bay biscuits had NO FLAVOR. The crab alfredo linguini had, you guessed it, NO FLAVOR. It did taste like grease so I guess thats a flavor. The crab tasted like frozen, farm raised junk. My friend had the fried shrimp, that also had NO FLAVOR. He had blue cheese dressing on his salad that he said tasted like cream cheese. At least it had some flavor, just not the right one. The broccoli was rubbery like it was done in the microwave and had................NO FLAVOR. I recently ate at Red Lobster in Littleton, CO and it was fabulous so I cant blame it on the buyout from Darden. Sub standard is the norm in AZ if you are used to somewhere else but even keeping that in mind, it was very substandard, even by AZ standards. Our server, Judy, was great, pleasant and prompt. All this for $25. Wont ever happen again.

We ate here last night and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was unbeatable. While we were eating the manager came by to see how the food and service was. Our waitress was prompt, happy and they reduced the cost of our meal because they took a little long (only like 5 minutes) to bring back our receipt at the end of the meal. I recommend ordering the "Spicy Habanero Coconut Shrimp Bites" if you like a touch of sweet spice to your food. We have gone to many different Red Lobster restaurants and this one easily tops them all with both food and service. This was the third time we have been to this one and their consistency at getting things right makes me comfortable recommending them!

Went for an early dinner since every Red Lobster seems to get crowded with long waits during normal eating times. Service was fast and the waitstaff was attentive and accommodating. The steamed lobster was just a tad overdone (the meat stuck to the shell) but the flavor was good. A friend got the calamari and he said it was a little rubbery. Quite a few sides came with each meal - the amount of food was enormous and there was a lot left over. The caprese salad was not exactly what I was used to. The onions were strong. The chunks of mozzarella were good, but the tomatoes far outnumbered them. And, the bathrooms were clean.

As a frequent take out customer at this specific location there is truly a lack of consideration for the value of its customer service and the ability to ensure that what is being ordered is actually being placed in to-go bag (when remembering to check). Also when given an approximate time for actual pickup, its usually another 20-minute wait after arrival on location. This location is busy based off its geographical location, so rudeness can be at an all time high without thought and actions to be most apparent. To each is there own experience. Group of six of us went for dinner. I asked for quiet table. We actually had a great table, away from most all of the noise. The service was great! Friendly, efficient, solicitous. Great! Red Lobster is certainly not inexpensive. I got Lobster tacos. The amount of lobster was acceptable. They were spicier than I had expected. The filling was good. The taco shells were not that good. I used to go to Red Lobster fairly often. Hadnt been in years, will return, but the cost is higher than Im willing to pay very often.

If you know you have a busy restaurant, you should staff up on servers. Went there on a Friday which I would expect a wait. That wasnt the problem. The problem was that the wait was a hour and as I looked around the restaurant half the tables were empty. It was 80 degrees outside and the entire patio was closed. When I asked the hostess, they clearly stated they didnt have any servers to cover any of these empty sections. This is an operations problem. So we left

We were sat in the bar area per the hostess(without asking if we wanted to sit there) Neither of us drink and the waiter didnt seem very interested in taking care of us. Biscuits were not offered with the meal, our food came out at different times, and we were asked if we wanted refills on our drinks after we finished the meal. Food was hot and delicious, but, the crab legs were very dry. Long review short, great food, so-so service

Unfortunately, if i could give no stars it would be too many. Horrible dinner and service. Lobster pizza salty as hell. Shrimp alfredo was oily, shrimp scampi was watery and the fried shrimp would be better at Long John silvers. Server was going to bring a manager, nobody showed up. We got our cheddar rolls with dinner, not in the beginning to enjoy them. So sad, i have worked here when i was young. I will never cime back again.

This visit was as good as any other visit to Red Lobster. The service was good as Id expect. The food was also exactly as Id expect. Coming from Canada I was a little surprised to see the prices were somewhat similar to Canada. Id have expected the prices to be notably better than Canada given the exchange rate but that was not so much the case. So overall the prices were a bit higher than expected.

The staff was great, but I will never go there again. The reason is because I found bones in my fish, the oysters were rubbery and old and the floor/tables were dirty. While we were eating, the staff started to sweep and move benches and tables around. Not a happy dining experience. I would not spend my money to sit in a dirty place to eat bad food. :(

So went to dinner on 3 10 16. Food was great waiter Heather c was great. Paid with card but tipped cash. 150 bill 25 tip but I look at my account and she charged 30.52 as a tip to my card even tho I gave her a 25 cash tip. 3 adults at my table all seen the cash tip and now Im lying. Make sure to watch out for this. I guess no cash tips anymore. Ugh.

This is by far the best red lobster Ive ever been to, and the only reason I can say that is because of our server Davids excellent service. He made me and my wife feel like a million bucks. Good job management and great job David! He even ran my leftovers out to me that I forgot hahaha.

Our steaks were cooked incorrectly. They brought new ones, each fixed perfectly. Didnt charge each of us, 3 bills, for the incorrect steaks. Thats how you keep people coming back. Kudos to the management team at 7pm on 3/26/16, with the table of 5 in the back section of the building.

Dining/food excellent and reasonable value for lobster. Have had an occasional poor service in past (year ago). Service exemplary now. Advice: dont stuff yourself on their excellent biscuits before eating...You wont be able to complete your meal.

Use to go there all the time, took my family there Wed, they have a different menu, more like fast food, They put tacos and Pizza all over the menu and they really did not have a regular dinner. raised prices. We left and went somewhere else.
