This Restaurant was nice but it was more like a little hole in the wall than an actual restaurant. We were not greeted with friendly staff they are more or less rude and didnt seem to care we came or not. It also seems a little bit overpriced because you can buy the same amount of food or more at Hokidio for the same amount of money. I would only go here if you were really pressed for time and did not want to sit down and eat

Theres a reason this place is always busy on the weekends... The food is the best Japanese you can get in town, and a cheaper price than Kobe or Hokkaido. Whenever I walk in an order, I am always warmly greeted by a wonderful staff. 10/10, first choice of food North of the Black Warrior.

Good food, awesome prices. Best shrimp sauce Ive ever had and they give you plenty. Only thing is the vegetables were just zuchinni, onions and mushrooms and you dont get much at all. Lobster was fantastic. Food takes a while to come out though.

The food is SO good. The wait is really short or you can order for pick up. Absolutely incredible value for how good the food is. Portion size is great; I end up getting 2 meals out of it. I honestly cannot rave about this place enough.

We didnt eat here. We were walking up to the door from the parking lot, obviously straight to the restaurant, and they turned the open sign off as we were about 15 feet from the door. This was at 7:05 and they close at 7:30.

We actually did not get to eat at Fujiyama. They were closing at 7:10 even though their hours stated they were open till 8:30. It was a pretty bad first impression. They will not get my business.

Terrible! Waited for over an hour for well done steak. Ordered Medium. Small space and severely understaffed. Give it 6 months and it will be out of business. Makes you miss Lupes
