Joy Garden brings various authentic Korean foods in Yakima area. I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic and variety Korean dishes Joy Garden offers to customers. Their interior and exterior décor are not appealing much for customers (particularly who wants to dine a nice ambiance restaurant for a quiet and fancy dinner): however they dishes are well made and very tasty. • Service: Good (might be a bit slow) • Price: Average (however, in Yakima area, I consider They are very fair considering all the authentic Korean ingredients are shipped from outside of Yakima) • Atmosphere: Below average • Food Quality: Good • Parking: Limited Parking space in front of the store, you might find more parking lot side of the restaurant • Avoid factor: If you haven’t experienced Korean spicy dishes, please be sure to ask for tasting their hot sauce. They have open kitchen that you can see. So food smell might get into your clothes (particularly for Korean BBQ). • Recommendation: Korean BBQ, Spicy Pork bulgogi (돼지 불고기), and 비빔냉면

We drive from Ellensburg as often as we can to eat here! Delicious authentic Korean food as well as fun, fusion-stye menu items. Fantastically friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to give their customers a wonderful dining experience. When we asked about ordering some extra kimchi, the owner brought out a beautiful selection of house-made pickled vegetables... all were incredibly delicious and the highlight of our meal! Portions are large and we always have leftovers.

Possibly the best and the most authentic Korean restaurant in Yakima. The sushi rolls are reasonably priced and they taste really good. Korean foods are pretty good and their spicy pork is excellent. Great service too!

Others have said the parking and inside werent so terrific, but the food and the attention are absolutely terrific. If you want to try something that is not Burger King youll not be disappointed. Absolutely terrific.

Crisp flavors abound in all the dishes here. Most dishes come with three sides - kimchi (great), cucumbers in a vinegar wash (wonderful palate cleanser) and one more that is escaping my mind right now.

Spicy park bulgogi was soo good! They give you a complimentary cucumber side salad type dish that was so refreshing too. Portions big enough to have leftovers. We will be back for more!
