I called Hooters as I walkes to my car from the house, the phone wa promptly answered by a young woman, whose name I got but will not use, she proceeded to place me on hold and I stayed on hold for the 13.5 minutes it took me to drive to the restraunt. I went into the less than half full restraunt, sat at the bar ordered my takeout and asked a waitress which of the young ladies had the name of the the person who had answered the phone so that I could see if she ever remembered to answer it. At the 15:22 mark she had the oh crap moment she remembered and promptly hung up.. This according to the reviews of this place is their main problem with this establishment. The young lady behind the bar btw, did a wonderful job of getting my order and getting it out. I consider this kind if problem when it happens as often as complained about on here to one of leadership management. If they cant get it right, they should be replaced but tonight was my last trip to this location.....if they care so little why should we patronize them. I know it wont happen because I dont believe they care enough but when this is the kind of service you give at the very least the decent thing to do is apologize.....

The only thing I liked about it was, even though my order was wrong, the food tasted good. I will NOT be back to this location. I walked in, sat at the bar and ordered a beer. I took a look at the menu and ordered a Texas melt. I waited and waited and waited for my food and they werent even busy. The bar tender was more concerned with her cell phone than checking on my food. I was finished with my beer before the food even got there and I wasnt drinking fast at all. I was pretty hungry by the time my food got there, so even though I got a western BBQ burger instead if a Texas melt, I ate it anyways. After I got my food, I ordered another beer. From that point, the bartender never bothered to check on me again. I WILL NOT BE BACK! People need to get off of their freakin cell phones and actually take care of the customer. Thats what you get paid to do!

Place was mildly busy. Me and a friend showed up, got sat down and ordered a pitcher of beer. Our waitress seemed nice but gave a vibe of rush, even though we were her only customers. After an hour, another pitcher and some food we could not spor her for a refill. she then just left the establishment and did not turn us into another waitress. We finally got the attention of the manager who was great, and got us a refill. She then refered another waitress to us who was also just great. Very attentive and nice. Overall, first waitress sacked bad, and then the second one was great. Food was OK, and the beer tastedo a bit flat. So I think 3 stars is fair.

I normally love Hooters. Great food. But my experience last night made me want to get up and leave without paying. When we got to our seats. It took about 20 minutes before someone to come to our table and take our drink order. When the waitress finally came back I order 10 boneless wings and fried pickles. Two of my wings were pickles fried in the wing sauce. Then we waited for refills for about 30 minutes, by that time we just wanted our ticket to go. The waitress are too busy flirting with guys thinking they will get a big tip and abandoning the ones who would actually give you a nice tip. Will not be going back anytime soon!

I was there just a week ago coming from the movies to get some food. I come in, no one greets me, so I walked to area where I could get a seat. I sat there two minutes with no acknowledgment from any of the servers in which three of them pass me by, so I pulled out my phone and set a timer to see how long will it take for someone to notice me. Five minutes later I stood up and walked out because no one took my order, ask for my drinks nor acknowlege my presentence there, and the bad part was they went pass me four times attending to other tables and not even a look.

Worst experience ever! Tuesday night visit while on vacation. We had to wait and wait(although it wasnt very busy) before anyone even came to seat us. Once we wereceive finally seated, we waited 10 more minutes before a girl came and tossed menus down in the center of the table. Not one word about drinks or a server coming. Waited 10 more minutes before walking out, all the while watching a waitress wait the tables around us. Ridiculous!

Other waitress had to find our waitress, and even got our food for us. She was the hottest one there but terrible service. Everytime we needed her she was in the booth with a clown who looked like Edgar Allen Poe working on her tip and letting him massage her arms....creepy. Seems like the quality of girls gets worse and worse each time i go,i feel like I should be laid to go there with some of the trolls they have taking orders.

Havent been here In years and they renovated the place. It looks amazing and clean. Food was off the chain and the service was outstanding. Our server Kristen R was hands down one of the best servers Ive had. Everything came out perfect, hot, and fast! This is definitely not my last time, fast service with quality food and amazing service, what else can ask for in a establishment.

Overall Poor Service. Mild wing sauce tasteless. Unsanitary staff. Long wait to even get drinks ordered. Sat down and no one greeted us or asked for drink until 15-20 minutes later. Maybe better management or training would help with all of that. Ive visited another Hooters out of state and it was much better. Will not be going to a Hooters at all in a while.

Worst Hooters I have ever been too... And i have been to in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, Nevada, Louisiana, and Alabama. Trashy girls, food too darn salty, loud, the bartender was clueless, cops waiting outside, the NFL game not on sound. Nice setup high prices and over all service Sorry..... You get a 1 out of 10.

Normally I dont do this review stuff. But this really rubs me the wrong way. Did carry out of course I paid for the over priced wings. But when I got home my wings were so salty as if they accidently dropped the salt shaker in the oil. It was disgusting and not worth the 25 dollars. Save your money and buy wings at publix. Somehow they do a better job.

Waited forever to be asked what we want to drink. Order food... then of course the naked wings I order come out breaded. The ONLY reason I came yo Hooters over the many other choices is I love their naked wings. Well tonight the waitress and her incompetence to do the job have ruined Hooters for me.

I was barely greeted. Maybe 5 customers and it still took 10 min for someone to come to my table. Took another 15 min to take my food order. I felt like I wasnt welcome. I would have walked out but had a craving for wings. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life.
