The food was mostly good but our fries were not hot and our wings were ridiculously small. To top it off , we had waited so long to get our food, it wasnt worth sending it back. The manager acknowledged that we had been waiting so long after our server first noticed (we sat down and put our orders in along with drinks as soon as she came to the table, thats how quick we were and still waited over 50 minutes), but did nothing for the huge inconvenience of waiting that long for food, with 3 children under the age of 5. Our server was awesome, and the food was mostly good, but subpar compared to what we are accustomed to. I really wish He would have at least comped half of the bill or even gave an incentive to come back, but nothing. Its rare that I take my family to places like this because of service of the like. Its a shame that in order to get quality customer service we have to stick to Gibsons, Devon, and other places as such. Most of the time you just want a good meal that is simple, yet good, and kid-friendly.

Is it possible to give negative stars. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the (I cant even find a word for it) servicr we received from the incredibly rude absideminded waitress Mallory. After watching her for 5 minutes of showing these guys pictures of her cat, she finally came over. I ordered two beers and she looked at me dumbfoundedly and asked "hun" after I repeated two beers she proceed to look at my boyfriend and ask him what he wanted. He looked at her and said she ordered 2 beers. After we watched our drinks siting at the bar again Mallory was at the other table. Its ok well drink warm beer said no one ever. I then got up and asked if we could move and get another waitress. Laurin let us sit at the bar and took our order. She was great. But unfortunately we will not be returning. I guess working as a waitress is hard work.

First off if you get Mallory as a waitress get up and leave. We here when it was slow with only a couple other people here and were seated with Mallory unfortunately. We ordered our food and drinks and that was it. We were ignored for 20 min by her. We had to ask to be moved to the bar because we saw our food and drinks sitting there and Mallory was busy talking to guys showing them pictures on her phone. If you have only 5 tables open with customers there should be no reason to get ignored. Mallory seems to want to hit on guys rather than serve tables. This isnt a club, news flash do your do job. DONT GO HERE!!

In a nutshell, I was very disappointed. The wings were soggy. The buffalo shrimp were also soggy and looked nothing like the pic on your site. Ive tasted better flavors at Buffalo Wild Wings, and will certainly not go out of my way to spend double the price at your location. In addition I also asked the person that handled my takeout order to NOT open my food and show it to me as I find that disgusting....however stated she HAD to despite my repeated requests for her to leave my food alone. $30 for crap food, and ignorance to the customers requests have ensured my disloyalty for many years to come.

had lunch here. after not being there for almost 3-4 years it was terribly disappointing. it took several minutes for our server to even greet our table, 10-15 mins for our beers, and over all, just completely dissatisfied. our server Morgan HAD to be new, which i understand being in that industry but this was beyond "newbie" mistakes. putting our caddy for our table on the floor. not knowing any of the specials. didnt fill kids cup fully (to the non free refill cups). it was an easy & clear decision to never return to this location.

Server was attentive and nice, but this Hooters is far below what we have come to expect of Hooters food. We usually go to the Downers Grove location which is excellent. Didnt expect much from Joliet, but certainly didnt expect this level of disappointment. Six people in the group, 3 entrees screwed up by the kitchen. Forgotten sides. Flat beer. Not to mention the horribly ghetto, loud, obnoxious clientele... But again, I didnt expect much from Joliet.

Well I usually love going to hooters and cant wait but today I went and was very disappointed I found that there wings became way smaller and in their fries they gave my scraps also on top of that my wings were cold and I payed a very expensive amount . Dont spend your money and go to Buffalo Wild Wings I will definitely not be returning sadly . Especially since I loved coming to hooters.

Me and my fiancé had came here to celebrate our anniversary with some crab legs. Well the picture says it all I choked on a rubber band and the manager at the time had nothing to say about it. I also called up the corporate phone number and told them about the incident and they never got back to me. This happened October 3rd of 2016 I will definitely never go back to any hooters again.

What can I say. Great wings and great eye candy. Very hard to be disappointed. I ordered online which was the first time doing so. When I arrived the hostess directed me to the online pickup area. I had to wait maybe a minute before another hostess came to ask for my name. My food was ready and the hostess was very polite. Great experience for an online order.

I tried calling for pick up and I was put on hold by Melanie 3 times for atleast 3-4 minutes each time. When I get there to place my order it was dead so I dont see why I kept getting put on hold. And then I seen another girl do the same thing to someone else on the phone and she just walked away and never came back to the phone.

DO NOT GO TO JOLIET HOOTERS. Bathrooms are very dirty. And the wings were cold like these been sitting for awhile. There wasnt even alot of people there. When I said something the wings were brought back less than 3 min... which means microwave... it was nasty. Save your money and just go to Buffalo Wild wings on 59.

Wow...NOT good at all. I always order the 911 wings and these were not even hot nor did they taste good. My girlfriend can only eat mild so I gave her one of my 911 and took it with no problem. Not hot and not good. This was the 3rd time weve been here and all 3 times were bad. Wont be returning.

Ordered carry out, was told the wait would be 20 minutes but it took 50 minutes. When I finally got my food my fries were cold. The cashier took so long to ring me out even though I had a small order I didnt even bother to ask for a new order of fries. Next time just going to buffalo wild wings.

Requested to sit outside. We were seated and forgot about. Fifteen minutes later, the manager comes out to change the TV channel and asked us if we have been helped yet. Disgusted, we said no and waited for someone to just give us a drink on an 85 degree day.
