Me & My Hubby went here on March 24,2017 around 2:15 P.M. and as we enter into the restaurant, I just grabbed A menu to make it easier for me and & my hubby.As we move away to decide on what to order until A rude American African Manager cut in while I was talking to my husband and he was asking us if we wanted A 15 pc and I look up and stated to him, No thank you,he kept on assisting until I had to demand him I was discussing this with my husband at the moment so he walk off with an attiude so than we sat down and try to figure out what we wanted so thats when we was ready to order and the African American Manager told my husband that another person was going to take our order because he was mad so this funny lookin nerd took our order and we stated to him that we wanted A 50 pc combo with fries & baked beans and 6 biscuits and the 4 flavors was lemon pepper (20pc), gralic parmesan(15pc), Hawaiian(15pc), so the nerd stated that our order was going to be 22 mins wait and the order total was $54.80 and my husband gave the nerd his debit card, he fake swipe my husband card and act like something was wrong with his computer lol. We waited over 40 mins with no apologies and extra wings or etc.Very Very Very Proof &Rude AND Childish games Customer Trashy Service they provide there. The hold crew members was laughing and joking and having all the customers waiting along time for no reason.Btw they purposely mess our order up and our fries had hair in it and they only put 40 pc of wings in there and the biscuits had over loaded with butter to where you would be screaming Heart Attack!!!!!! Also they went there and gave us A small size of baked beans and which we payed for A large size. So keep in mine, I was going to feed my son with this trash but in my heart and soul I had to be myself and told my hubby to waste our gas and go back up there to get our money back so when we saw the nerd, I told him we wanted our damn money back for poor customer service and poor puncture , so he stated to us that his manager was taking out trash and he would be up here to help us in A min and I said sure he will so again we waited over 20 mins because the manager wanted to play ring around the roses games until my husband and myself went off to the point everybody was looking around and understood me and husband frustrating. It took over 30 mins to receive our money because the manager wanted to play games and acting like he was scared toward my husband but that was BS!!!!!! I REPEAT UNLESS YOURE USE TO THIS WARFARE, I WILL TELL EVERYBODY BECAUSE IM A WELL KNOWN CUSTOMER OF WINGSTOP ON NOLENSVILLE RD THE VERY FIRST ONE WITH THE OWNER NAME ANGIE WAS VERY BUSINESS FRIENDLY AND HER WINGSTOP IS BETTER BUT SHE CLOSE HER LOCATION DOWN WHERE THE OLD KROGERS USE TO BE. THIS IS A WARNING, DONT EAT AT WINGSTOP IN MADISON TN IS NASTY AND THEY DONT TAKE CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY! !!!!!! WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB

Walked in and ordered wingz at 8:53 pm. Watched people come and go for 30 mins. Finally, I asked about my order. At least 5 workers were at the food area, one of them asked the name and said it would be another 10 mins. Frustrated, I sat and waited when 2 mins later they called my name. I recvd my order but checked it before leaving. The wings and tray were filled with grease and seasoning. I took pictures of it to post on social media and demanded my money back. The manager Chelsea had no apologies but none were expected since she was one of the 5 confused workers at the food area. For this instance, I have contacted their corporate office. Dont waste your time or money unless theres new management as employees normally follow how theyre led.

I love Wingstop, but this one isnt up to par with ones in better neighborhoods Ive been to. Floor was greasy in front of and behind the cashier. Cleanliness is essential and easy to accomplish. I would say laziness is the only reason that place gets so filthy. Ordered 2 different sauces of wings, and unless you want an inch of sauce and grease pooling in the to-go box, order somewhere else. Sams by the Lake isnt too far away and has 1,000 times better wings for the same price. If you want a quick meal of wings, trust me, its not worth going here.

Staff was pretty rude, it was like pulling teeth for them to give me a refund for my fries (they were soggy and were coated with a heaping blanket of seasoning). The restaurant was filthy, trash on the ground, sticky stained tables, and nasty marks on the side of the counter. I mentioned that to the employees and they just turned and pointed to their health inspection sign. The kitchen looked clean as a whistle but the dining area was pretty repulsive. Other than the deplorable nature of the dining area, the wings were pretty good!

Ordered my wings over the phone. Got there, paid and waited. Customers coming and going. Still no order. When asked about my order, the cashier said they lost my order. How do you lose an order of food? The workers were rolling blunts while preparing food and the manager looked like she was on drugs. The workers cooking the food where playing with a baby instead of cooking me another order of food. After an hour and still no food, I got my money back and called the owner. Do not eat here

i placed an order online yesterday to pick up today at 1:30pm AFTER i paid, guy told me they hadnt even cooked them yet !! stupid. at 1:50 pm he offered me a soda. wow. 2:00 pm i finally get my wings. 30 minutes waiting like i was a *$&^ walk in customer !!!! whatz the point of ONLINE ORDERING ?!?!?! so disappointed !! i cant count on you !! and your customer service sucked !! they didnt seem to be genuinely sorry.

I really like the boneless wings! We go Cajun, Hot, and New Orleans Rub. It does seem like some customer service training would go a long way. I dont think they are intentionally bad, it just seems like they are unorganized and inexperienced at dealing with guests. However, the wings we have gotten have been hot, well seasoned, and have turned us in to fairly regular guests.

This Wingstop is absolutely terrible. My fries tasted like lemon seasoning which was gross. My wings were undercooked and i never hated eating chicken until i came here. I spent over $20 here and instead of calling and making a fuss i jus decided to take that loss. I never been to Wingstop and until they fix it I wont be back. Rick Ross would be so disappointed in yall.

I love wingstop. I go there alot. My food is always either earlier or on time which is good. I had a problem last time I went, it said my food was going to be ready at 12:20 but I got there at 12:25 and they didnt even start on my food yet. I was a little heated, but its understandable I think they were short. I still love wingstop. Yall should try it!
