Why were there only two workers on a Sunday afternoon? I went there after calling in my order. I witnessed - to my absolute horror - the guy working the front handle money, answer the phone, hand people orders, and fill drinks only to go DIRECTLY TO THE FOOD AND START HANDLING IT WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!!!!! I guess its a man thing...but I decided that I would be calling the corporate offices first thing tomorrow morning. This Wingstop was clearly short-staffed, and the food was underseasoned (worst Garlic Parmesan Ive ever had at that place), and the Gliders were burned! OMG!!! I paid $17 and I want my money back! Dude needs to wash his hands!! I wonder what happened to all the folks who normally work there? Never had bad food from this particular one stop before (Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN).

I dont know whats going on here. Like an idiot, I have been coming here for about nine months. I have experienced every sort of customer service dissatisfaction you could imagine. The food is great but the owner doesnt take coupons, and cant keep steady employees. When they mess things up, which is often, there isnt even a shift manager on duty to help rectify things. Everyone just looks around like you just asked the meaning of life.food is always good though, so now I drive to the Poplar store.

I wish there was less than a star rating here. I called, I was told it would be 20 minutes. I arrived, no cashier, they yell for help up front. A woman comes from the back, no joke, with her finger in her mouth picking her teeth. At that point Im done. When I ask about my order, it cant be found. The printer didnt print, orders dont get placed, they stay in the printer. The woman takes her finger out of her mouth and says it will be another 20 minutes if you want it. Ugh!

I have gone to this location for the past 9 years and have had superior service. I go every Saturday night and order the same thing. For the past 4 months every order has been wrong. They will not credit the meal nor will corporate step up. It is what it is with them. This store has gone down the drain and I will no longer visit this location. Such a same as this was something that my family looked forward to every Saturday.

I love wingstop. But this location has gone downhill quick. My last few orders have been all screwed up. They forget side orders, give you the wrong thing, or simply cant follow what was requested. Once I got someone elses order! I drive all the way back to get what I had ordered and wasnt even offered a refund or anything complementary. The quality of food is starting to go down too. Wont be going to this location anymore.

Do not come here seriously. My order was suppose to be ready at 6:34. I arrived at 6:40 to give them a few minutes. Ended up sitting there for an hour. No joke literally sat there for an hour. Their staff is a joke to say the least. Never go there. Its not worth the time literally. In the end I got a refund and never received my food. Pathetic.

Never had a bad experience (6 yrs of visiting) until today (6-2-13). The wings and fries were burnt, the guys cooking the wings were in the cooking area laughing and playing...very unprofessional. Will not be back! I noticed that once the owners/managers changed the food and service went down.

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. You would think they would tell me the wait was 45mins BEFORE swiping my card. Or that I need to purchase sauce if I want it. Their cashier was incompetent. The wings are way overpriced and arent very good at all. Ill stick with Mr. Ps.

Ive ordered from this location online, and call in. I get usually get greeted by someone super up beat. They also are pretty quick since they have my regular orders saved to my account. I always do go there on weekends for pick ups so I may always catch the better staff.

poplar location: got the 6 piece boneless with baked beans and a drink for ~$8. Lot of people saying its overpriced but i think that is reasonable. The wings were really good though, I was kind of surprised. The only drawback for me was the long wait.
