This place does not deserve even one star! I was in there this past weekend and had a horrible experience from the time I walked into the place. I got there and was waiting for a friend so I used the bathroom. I had to walk into 4 different stalls before I found one that was clean enough to use and actually had toilet paper. The toilet paper holder was broken, the soap dispenser was broken, he floors and sinks were wet and gross and when we told the manager the conditions of the bathroom she got an attitude, rolled her eyes and said she already told somebody to clean it up. We asked for a booth and was told the only section open was right by the door and had only high top tables except for a few low tables right by the door where it was freezing cold so we had no choice but to sit at a table with our jackets on while we ate. The place was pretty empty but we still waited a very long time for our food and when it came out the wings tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. The wings were very chewy and none of our food was even hot...just barely warm. The bartender and waitress were very nice but when we complained about the food once again the manager got an attitude with us and did not once ask if there was anything she could do to fix the issues. There was no way with an attitude like that we would trust sending our food back to the kitchen! I will NEVER be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings again! Especially not the one in Wauwatosa!!!

Really poor management. Average to just above average service. Came here with some coworkers during their national wing day promotion. Had to wait for 20 minutes for a table, when there were at least 20 OPEN tables. The reason? The absolutely terrible managment didnt have enough people on shift for that day. (Yes, they were short staffed during a national promotion during a lunch hour.) Everyone ordered wings and I was the last one. I was not aware everyone was ordering boneless wings. When the server came by to take my order, he wrote down the sauces and didnt even ask me which type I wanted. I realized my mistake only after the wings were delivered. I didnt complain because I was hungry, the service was slow, and my time was running out for lunch. The servers could be much more attentive to details. Get your act together BWW. This is why I try to avoid your extremely mediocre and overpriced wings.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who would wait 2 hours to get their food! A table of 8 people and only half got their drink (EVERYONE got WATER). We did NOT get any refills on our water what so ever. We got there at 9:30PM and didnt get to get out until 11:15PM. The food was good. the rest of the the service was horrible! Now we dont even have time to actually go out somewhere else to spend family time together because it took FOREVER! There was barely anyone dinning in! Not even half the tables were full. I am a very upset customer. I hope that in the future they will be more careful of who they choose to work here. But for now, i will not be returning to this place. Thanks!

Terrible service. Place was practically empty and took over 20 minutes for food. Drinks did not come out until after the food, which was incorrect. The wait staff never apologized but made excuses saying they jad it correct but left it in the window. However, he put the ticket in front of me which read an incorrect order. We were then told it was at the window but jad to wait until the food was done (because it was wrong).When we asked for 2 large to go boxes they gave us one small and walked away to put the others on a table that was still eating. Aweful location. I will not be coming back, too many mistakes, slow staff, they did not seem to take any pride in their work.

First and only time we will ever visit this place. Place wasnt busy at all and the service was down right horrible. Waited 30-35 minutes for 2 burgers, a wrap, and some wings. Food was good but other than that I have nothing good to say about this place. We had to get a manager multiple times due to the inattentive server that we had who was more worried about chatting. The couple of times she actually came to check on us she only addressed my brother and fiance while ignoring the rest off us. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Just go to a different branch if you want the same food and better service.

I had a similar experience as everyone else. Waited over 40 minutes to get our food after the order was taken when the restaurant was nearly empty. Saw other people get their food before me. My order was wrong. The manager said he would discount my meal because it was wrong and then didnt. Beers took over 10 minutes to be delivered. Every time new people came in, the waitress made comments indicating that she was annoyed that more people were showing up. When people did show up, it took them forever to be seated. The hostess was nowhere to be seen. Definitely will never return to this location.

I wish i could give this location zero stars. Wait staff is total crap and the manager has no clue in how to manage. Alex, our waiter was an inconsiderate moron who took 45 minutes to take our initial order with no explanation as to why. Try doing your job instead of wandering aimlessly looking like a dope. I will never return here. and will not recommend this location to anyone. Waited 2 hours to receive our order and we still werent able to eat. Food received was subpar at best and below standard. very disappointed and disgusted with my experience.

Not good service. Took 45min to get out food and one waiter rolled his eyes at us after we waited five minutes for a refill and asked him again. The manager looked unkept and didnt really respond to us after we paid the full Bill. We didnt want to complain for our money back we just wanted to make him aware of what went down. I will not be returning to this location. On top of it we didnt even get asked if we needed anything after we revived our food. Do dipping sauce and no bowl to place bones in or napkins. Overall very poor visit.

My wife and I tried to to enjoy a night out here. We were turned down service because she wasnt 21. They said a parent must be present in order for them to serve us. My wife and I had meals inside bars with no problems at all. Dont waste your time here. Better to support your local wing shops than to deal with their corporate policy b.s. Its just not worth your time. We decided to go to Famous Daves on S 27th. No age discrimination there, and food was delicious! On a scale of 1 to five stars, I wouldve given this place a negative 5.

Dont eat here please! I ordered a Cheese Curd Burger and it tasted like cardboard. The beef patty was very dry and over cooked as well as the bacon, which was so bad it didnt taste at all like bacon. The cheese curds were cold, the cheese looked like it never actually melted when being cooked. I ordered a Mac & Cheese kids meal for my daughter, it was cold and the tangerine cup only had about 3-4 very small wedges. Over all my server was great but the food was disgusting, I still have the disgusting taste in my mouth!
