I normally dont post reviews, but I hate to see one of my favorite places give poor service!!!! I love Wingstops food. However, the service for take-out is just terrible!!! The last 3 times I have ordered online, it was never ready when I came to pick it up. The second time that this happened, the manager was kind enough to give me some extra food for the wait, which I thought was a kind gesture. I ordered for the third time tonight, 9/19/14. Again, my food wasnt ready after my email said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there, there were two customers who had been waiting there for over 40 minutes and was asking for refunds. When they finally got their food from the manager, which was a different person than the one I dealt with, he didnt apologize or anything. He handed them their food and went towards the back. There were 6 people, along with the manager, in the back cooking and prepping the food. Because of this, it is very hard to understand why the food took so long to get ready. I did observe that a lot of the people that were working tonight looked like teenagers. One of them was too busy staring at the women customers ordering at the register instead of working. The women that were taking the orders were doing a great job, but seemed frustrated by the complaints by the customers. I hope something is done soon to rectify this problem, because I hate poor service.

Dont ever, ever waste your time going to this place. First off, there was a 45 minute wait. Yet, when I arrived to pick up my wings there was not one person in the restaurant - in other words they werent that busy. When I picked up my wings, the bag was so drenched in grease they were about to fall through the bag. Second, we asked for cheese fries which in every other restaurant means cheese melted on your fries. Not with them, they give you a side of queso dip that I couldve made at home. Next, we asked for hot and honey barbecue wings. They werent labeled to show what was hot and what was barbecue. In addition, once we tasted each wing (which were separated with a piece of tissue paper in the same container) we realized they were ALL honey barbecue. Last, as we tried to enjoy our wings, we found a long piece of blonde hair. (I promise, you cant make this stuff up). Unfortunately, we had to trash our entire $25 dinner of soggy fries and hairy wings... Dont ever go to this place if you want quality, good food. I dont even know how they are in business. I normally dont post things like this but felt so jipped out of my $$, it was a must.

I always get excited for wing stop. Something about this super chill atmosphere and cool music. The smell of chicken is so perfect... I walk up to the cashier, thrilled to order, until I am greeted with the worst customer service. These girls have the most ratchet yet snobby attitudes. Im not sure if I should feel bad or be angry. Look, I get it... not many of us "LOVE" what we do. But if youre working somewhere, do so with some form of integrity. These girls looked at me like theyhate their job, spoke to me and my girlfriend like we arent allowed to ask questions, then they turn and smile and laugh with each other.this establishment is respectable, but the people they have working here is bullshit.

Dont waste your time or money at this location. Went here 9/24 at 12 noon Had two orders one Buffalo tenders and cajun fries and the other lemon pepper tenders and cajun fries. Both cajun fries were inedible. All they did was took the Cajun seasoning shaker and poured the whole bottle on the top of the fries. The Buffalo tenders were so greasy they tasted like butter. The Buffalo sauce separated from the tenders! To top it off when we called back to complain about the order the associate had the audacity to be rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me a refund on my fries and for the other order he argued and try to state it was "just extra sauce". I would give them 0 stars.

Food was OLD wings were not fresh fries were cold originally placed an online order, got the confirmation number and when 40 minutes passed went to pick up my order. Comes to find out they never RECEIVED THE ORDER IN THEIR SYSTEM. Still no biggie, an hour goes by before they hand me my order incomplete when i politely address this the cook and the cashier stared at me as if i grew a second head. Got my product and went home, not even a five minute drive my fries were cold, the wings barely edible. Spend the extra gas and cash and get fresh food and better customer service at BWW.

I like the food and i get this about once every other month. It is somewhat pricey but cheaper than bww but you end up paying about .80 to .90 per wing with the combos. The online ordering is the biggest problem they would actually prefer you call in bc online ordering doesnt even work half the time. I like this place i hope it survives but the functionality is very flawed. When i have to wait an extra 30 mins on a slow night bc you cant figure out how to make your website work its not good. Hopefully they improve.

My wife and I love the wings here, especially when they are well done. Would have given this place 5 stars but they are always later than the estimated pick up time given. Also never order the rolls, its as if they waited outside an OCharleys and stole a bag of their day old rolls from the dumpster. They are terrible and do not fit the menu. Do us all a favor and remove them from the list of available items and stick to what you do best.

Very clean place with a pretty friendly guy working the counter. They are slow with meals, however. I imagine this would be more like a place to order from on game day. My fries had a sweet tinge to them and were a little bit droopy. I had four original and four Atomic Wings. The original wasnt anything special but the atomic sauce had some weird, citrusy, soapy taste to it. Not really Atomic but more of a respectable heat.

No one greeted me when I walked in although there were 3 people at the front counter. One was on the phone and did not end her conversation when I walked in. I waited for a couple minutes standing there and I finally spoke up and was simply asked "what do you want?" Wtf? The employees at this location are rude. I have been to other wing stops and have not ever had a bad experience until just now!

No one using the dinning room; howere VERY busy on a Tuesday at 8-9pm. Plenty of staff working all polite and taking care of BUSY bizness! My order had a 30 minute wait due to online and previous walk-in traffic. Stongly suggest you order ahead and then pick it up. Drank lots of soda free refills while waiting. Food classic wings were Hot and Juicy fries were hot as well. Yummy carryout!

Good wings and a decent price. The online ordering feature is a little clunky, but easy to use for the most part. The staff at the store are a little hit or miss as far as how friendly they are going to be. Even if you are planning to eat there, I would suggest ordering ahead on the website as the time to produce orders can sometimes be pretty long.
