Ordered carryout, and received horrible service... The cashier seemed more interested in her cell phone and her boyfriend (who was standing on the other side of the counter) than finishing my order. After asking them to correct my order TWICE (and two eye-rollings from the cashier, and a little threatening banter from her boyfriend), I had enough. I took my food (that was still not originally what I had ordered or paid for) and called the manager. Jamie the manager was very nice and apologized for the terrible behavior of her staff, and offered to excuse the charge on my meal. Unfortunately, the staff have been rude to me and other people I know that frequent B-Dubs since the remodeling... Wont be going back there anymore. Hopefully, Joe the GM is reading this and will crack down on whats been going on at the West Side BW3s.

Good food and courteous wait staff but very unorganized. On a recent visit we waited for over 15 minutes to even have a drink order taken we started to realize that our designated server didnt even know we were there when another table was sat and had food order taken while we were still waiting to order drinks. We left before placing an order unsatisfied. What made it worse was the fact they were not busy just a lack of communication between the hostess and the servers dispite them chit chatting at the front. Also to boot the bathroom floor was sticky and the urinal was leaking. I love BDubs but poor communication = terrible customer service.

Continue to get bad service at the West side Evansville location. Over the last year, have had drinks accidently spilled on me, have been with small and large parties where we sat for up to 60 minutes waiting for our food. Management didnt seem to care nor offered so much as an appetiser for bad, slow and poor service. Recent visit by friend and his family said they ran out of wings (how do you run out of wings? this is a wings restaurant) table was not bussed within a reasonable amount of time and order was initially wrong. Manager never came over even though staff said he would.

Menu needs to be updated, tried to place an order for the advertised 100 wings 51.99 and totaled to 72.plus change and that didnt even include tax.Cause they dont have the 100 wings for that price anymore, and " they were buisy"So I changed the order to 50 wings for 28.39 and they said it would be 32.99 cause they had to change my order. Thats bull shi#. Dont advertise if you arent going to honor it!!!!

Ive been here a few times but try to avoid it from past service, not server issues but cooks. The food always comes almost cold already. I only get wings and they dont even get coated with sauce correctly. Ill attach a picture of the wings so you can see the poor quality of food here, keep in mind this happeneds every time ive come. If you want boneless wings go to sonic 100 times better than here...

I love it they are very nice there. When I carryout which is usually most of the time, they offer you a drink to sip on while waiting and they dont take very long to fix what you want up. They have little tablets that I like to play trivia and poker on, and it is a live FREE game. Almost all the games are free on the mini tablets are free so thats good.

Horrible wait every time. Sat for 20 minutes without being greeted. Each refill took forever. We were surrounded by empty tables. They were not busy and very well staffed. A group of about 6 just stood and talked. The food got to the table and was wrong. Third time here and all three visits have been horrible. Will be going to the easy side from now on.

worst bdubs Ive ever been to. for some reason they didnt order the pay per view fight but only decided to tell us after we had already ordered our drinks. changed the TV I was watching to another channel that no one else was interested in. will never go back to this location.

west is consistently worse than the east location with service... I love buffalo wild wings but the food is rather expensive for what it is, not quite sure why it is rated with one dollar sign.my wife and I cannot ever eat there for less than $33 even if I do not get wings.

Bad service. 45 minute wait when there were open booths available. Server disappeared for long periods of time. Food also took an incredibly long time (30 minutes for two chicken wraps and two side salads). This is the worst location I have visited.

For a place that is focused solely on wings, theyre not anything to rave about. I have had better wings at many different places than I have had here. They discontinued the Jalapeno sauce...that was the only good thing that they had going for them!

Service was strangely fast today. As usual the food is good. You dont come here for fine dining. Normally having someone attentive to your needs is a plus but my bartender must have asked me if everything was ok every 3 minutes.

Got horrible service via carry out. Waitress counted her money in front of me and other customers, and then walked away without even a simple greeting. Only thing saving them from a 1 star is previous good dine in experiences.

The waitress was a total airhead. We were a table of 9, and she didnt seem the least bit interested in ensuring that we had drinks at all which is normally a selling point for wait staff, seemed sarcastic alot of the time.

Buffalo Wings is always good, but this one refuses to acknowledge your 2nd Amendment rights with a sign saying theu dont allow you to carry on their premises. I will not go back

I like Buffalo Wild Wings well enough, but there are so many items on the menu that just seem to be mocrowaved. I cant confirm it 100%, but Ill choose somewhere else 9/10 times.

The bench seat covering is in need of replacement or repair. The music sound level was high enough that I had to speak louder than my normal level. The service was excellent.
