We were discriminated against, presumably, based on the color of our skin. Person who ordered after us, different race, was charged a lower price. My moms feelings were hurt badly. She felt lied to and discriminated against. My parents go to our local Dairy Queen about once a week, and they are very upset about the way they were treated. The associates were not wearing name badges, so we do not know the womans name. This vist was on 6/5/2017 at 11:47 a.m. central time. Our receipt says her name was Tish at store #41717.

After waiting 25 minutes for our order, and having watching several other orders filled and delivered, I asked for an update and was simply told, "were working on it." A couple minutes later, still no food. I asked for my money back so I could take my hungry kids elsewhere. Will keep a close eye on my bank account to make sure that is reversed. Its not atypical to experience slow lines and rude employees at these glorified gas stations, but seriously. Eff this place.

The food was expensive, they even charged an extra 25 cents for a to go order. It was AWFUL and it took a long time for us to get it. I used to love their chicken strips, but these were dry and chewy. The burger my husband had was tasteless and one of the worst he ever had. If I knew what Id get for what I paid, I wouldve definitely gone somewhere else!!

Legitimately the worst fast food restaurant experience I have had and I wasnt expecting much. The food was wrong and horrible. Service was slow and rude. Corporate is doing a pathetic job monitoring this franchise and should be ashamed. To the owner if you are reading this - you should go ahead and retire.

i have tried for two days to get in touch with this store to ask a question. The phone rings 10 times then goes to fax machine sound. Not sure who owns/operates this establishment, but they need to get their ducks in a row. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Traveling through from Panama City. Stopped to get a quick bite. One of the worst burgers Ive ever had. Got mushroom n swiss and I believe they scraped the grill slugde off onto my burger!

A 1 star rating should be generous when judging this restaurant. Crowded lobby, no drive thru, apathetic staff, and low quality food. Never coming back here again!

They charged 30 cents for 1 extra pickle & it wasnt even on my burger. 1 onion piece, wilted lettuce...not an enjoyable stop on the way home from vacation.
