The service was not bad, Ive had better but wasnt bad. The food however was just horrible. So horrible that I never review food online but decided to after this. Went in for a lunch with my sister and mom and the rolls were hollow inside like they werent made right and did not taste very good. But the worst was mine and my sisters good. The chicken tenders were awful, tasted like McDonalds nuggets, completely crap. You can tell they were dumped from a bag and heated up. And not just that, they tasted bad as well. My three year old daughter wouldnt eat any of the food except the mashed potatoes! I kindly told them I didnt like it and sent it back and didnt order anything else from being so turned off by the food. They were nice about it and removed my sister and is food from our bill, she did not like it either. We went next door and got some chilis to go since we were still hungry. So all in all the service is fine and it isnt the cooks its the food they order. they need to start ordering different food. Will not return again.

Waitress was excellent however thats where it ended for me. I ordered the potato skins and they came out bland and tasted old. They forgot the sour cream. Ordered the 12oz ribeye and shrimp. Shrimp was okay but tasted frozen with little seasoning. Steak was grey and felt wrong in my mouth. Had little to know flavoring and was supposed to be medium rare but came out what I believe was medium. Hard to tell with grey meat. Even had my husband try it and he thought it might be pork. I will never waste my money here again.

Not even worth one star. Ive only been here once and will NOT be returning. I think they must have been short staffed the night we went because Im fairly certain the busboy was our server. He didnt write down our order and came out to ask questions about what we ordered at least 3 times. Our drinks were never refilled and had been empty before the food even came out. The food was terrible, too. Cold and dry, not to mention we waited far too long to receive it. Save your money and stay home or go next door to Chilis.

The worst! $100 dinner and couldnt even eat as every meal served was over cooked. "We will take the steak off and charge you for the baked potato" as if I came to a steak restaurant to eat a potato (PS didnt touch the potato). Service was good, but food sucked. Very disappointing. Dont waste your money or your time. Manager never came to table to check on meal or offer different food.

Absolutely horrible dont bother even walking threw these doors worst business ever! Cold nasty food salads after food had the nerve to ask me to keep my 1 year old quite after being there for an hour with only drinks! They were out of everything! Check was screwed up. Just absolutely horrible all they could say was well the server is new!!!! Never again!

Be a little wary going here. Half of the food was good, and the other half, oddly greasy or tastes rather unexciting. There was a pretty long wait at prime dinner hours for the order to arrive, but its not to discredit the place. After all, the staff was very friendly and answered a lot of questions.

The whole experience was a nightmare ! The waitress was RUDE !! she slammed plates on the table as if it bothered her to wait on us ! We waited for over 39 min for drinks , we waved the manager , Travis , over he too had an attitude . We will never visit this establishment again !!!

Good local sit down restaurant. Very similar to other chain texas style restaurants. The food was good and the building was clean. The waitress was friendly and the prices are about what you would expect to pay for this type of restaurant. We will be back and I would recommend it.

Very good service, but if you are gonna have a place that says the name Texas and represent it, at least have your logo as the Texas symbol, Im from Texas and I believe its a disgrace to say Texas but change the logo, thats like saying you are American and wave a different flag

We had a huge group and we were incredibly accomdated with no notice. That said our servers were a bit overwhelmed by the size of our party(30 on a Monday afternoon) and rightly so. All things considered we would certainly visit again and will recommend to friends.

I think this is an excellent steakhouse, even though the first time we went in there I had a pasta dish! It was really terrific. And you should definitely end your meal with the ooey gooey mudn ice cream. Oh yeah, and the steaks and the ribs are very good.

Only Good thing about this place was our waitress. We came in as a big party after a funeral and she was on top of things. The food is mediocre, not high end, you can tell is frozen and processed. First time eating there and Id rather go to Indys.

Pretty good. Until the bar tender gets rowdy and telling at the locals in a joking kind of way. Its not Cheers... So I dont really dig it but hey, I dont have to come back. Food was ok.

All you can eat peanuts, rolls, and decent food. I stop here for lunch when I drive from Indianapolis to Bloomington. Ive always had good experiences with good food and service.
