Believe in the ODST
Disgusting place , I know an employee who works there and the things he explained to me caused me to change my view of this establishment . He explained that the back is hot and smells of rotten fish,everything that is fried is frozen and packaged. Oysters are not fresh but come in a tightly packaged,and they reuse the bucket for everything.This explains why the owner cant sell them raw. He also explained that there our bugs and roach caresses in the kitchen. And I overheard them mentioning that they dont have a wet floor sign.They reuse food the from the night before including seafood. I seen terrible restaurant but this takes the Cake as a excuse of a establishment.Customers getting overpriced for non quality seafood And worst of all the use the batter with meat seafood and vegetables together and they dont use gloves I will never come back and I suggest none of you will do the same

you would never walk in the front door again. I picked up a friend who was working here one night - the cockroach carcasses on the floor and wall were just disgusting. Of course the employees were in the process of cleaning the kitchen, but still ... just the fact that the roaches were in the kitchen at all really grossed me out.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Fantail Restaurant. I consumed some spoil shirmp that was on the serving line. They quickly replaced them but no one apologized except the sweet lady which was our server. Overall all the food appeared to been reused.

A buffet style restaurant with some decent menu items. Service is great, but it is only a matter of delivering tickets and drinks. Basically, the restaurant is a seafood option for those tired of their normal trips to Golden Corral or other buffet equivalents.

This place is awful and is not what they say they are on their website. The owner and management services are beyond disrespectful and rude. I didnt like how my wife and I was treated. I would not recommend or advise anyone to eat you!!!

Love, love and love this place. Its a fried food fiesta. The oysters, shrimp, crab meat, hush puppies, West Indies salad... all excellent. Expect fantastic food.... and high cholesterol. They serve beer. Always a plus in my book.
