The cashiers and the kids who make the sandwiches were extremely rude. I was leaving winn dixie and saw the bright glowing open sign from my truck in the parking lot. After I loaded my groceries, I decided to go TRY and grab a sandwich for my husband. I had no idea they closed at 9pm, and saw seveal people go in and out. When I walked in, all employees looked at me as if I had sprouted another head. I had asked to get a sandwich for my husband who was on his way home. The more Hispanic looking lady said "excuse me?" I repeated myself and she refused to serve me because it was after 9pm. It was 901. I was very polite when I went in asking for a sandwich but their attitudes and responses to me were rude, sarcastic and completely disrespectful. Though I wanted a sandwich from this place, firehouse subs is ok at best. My first experience here my food was soggy from the amount of sauce put on the sandwich and the pickle juice that spilled from the bag they shove in the sandwich paper. It was sloppy and all over the place. I decided to give it a second try and ended up getting sick. I said no more. Tonight it seemed the best option for him because all else thats open is taco bell and McDonalds, but it looks like firehouse will never have our service, our friends service or our familys service again.

The food at firehouse is wonderful. However, I placed a catering order today and was assured that we had all of our items... I got back to the office to discover that we were missing napkins, pickles and chips. This is the second bad experience with this location. I typically check my orders before leaving an establishment, but was in a hurry due to having to wait on our order and our meeting was set to begin in 15 minutes. We will not be ordering from this location again. :(

Ive enjoyed firehouse for years, not any longer; my food was burnt beyond being eatable. When I brought this to their attention they said there machine was broken and sent me on my way. The staff was acting like children goofing off in front of customers, and just about yelling in and out of view of customers. Finally we use to get a welcome and thank you guess they don’t do it any longer. If I decide to eat at firehouse again it will be at another location.

Im not impressed My wife wanted a BLT, but 3 of the 4 workers said they could not make one. Luckily the 4th worker showed them how to ring it up. I ordered the beef & cheese off the menu board, but when I got it they had already put mayo & mustard on it. I did not want mayo but was told thats the way it comes. I wont be back, because thats not the way I want my food.

Food was good. I was upset by the 2 tvs on a station with a funeral playing on it. Michael jackson i think. This was the day after my step mom passed away. I was upset by this so i asked if they would turn the channel or turn the volume down. They did on one tv turn it down but on the other they turned the volume up louder. Jerks. Will NEVER go there again. .

3 people in the entire shop and it takes 40 mins to get food. Once I get it I notice its wrong. Mayo all over it.clearly mixed in with the BBQ. I go tell the manager, didnt get her name and her looks at it and tells me Im wrong and that mayo is white in a very snarky tone. By far just the most rude lady and bad service.

Customer service is always great from the hardworking but energetic staff. The food is always prepared hot to order and is quite filling. Prices are fair.

Subway has more to offer on their subs, and will heat or toast them if you ask. There are better choices for the money.
